  1. Would love to see it, but I'll be amazed if they stretch The Vault into the 90s. The 80s ones don't even seem to sell that well. Although hopefully there is still good profit in them considering most of the songs used are not usually touched with a bargepole so are hopefully cheap to pick up. I could maybe imagine them doing a Vault covering the entire decade in one album.
  2. Agreed and I'd stretch that all the way down to Boyzone because Lutricia McNeal, Tin Tin Out, Imaani and that Boyzone song are favourites of mine, and I like that Louise track too. I'm so happy Sarah and Paula got a place!
  3. Son of Dork - that whole project was pretty awful.
  4. Ceasars for me, but close between that and Amy.
  5. True! Weird that Steps aren't here actually. Even if Heartbeat/Tragedy are being saved for 1999 when they peaked at No.1, 5,6,7,8 peaked in 1998 so it goes against their own usual rule a bit if they put it on 1997.
  6. Love it, even more my thing than a lot of the main release, disc 3 is near perfection, I hope they pick all the correct single edits. Although the single mix of Let Me Entertain You isn’t even available to stream. Quite surprised that High and Here’s Where The Story Ends weren’t included on the main release.

Amazed they got J back, that felt like it would never happen. I've seen them as a three-piece before at a 90s festival, not sure I ever loved them enough to want to see the full band, but I have always loved Until The Time Is Through and Keep On Movin'.
  8. Same here, it's on repeat and it's in my head constantly. I would love to believe it could win but Sweden usually put their 'game face' on in the final and go for what they think will do best at Eurovision and I guess they imagine that will be Måns (not to mention that the international juries usually avoid the Swedish language stuff) but actually, I think Bara Bada Bastu could be top three on the televote and get a strong jury showing too if it went to Eurovision. It's just a much better song than Revolution, where it feels like they put everything into the package but forgot one crucial ingredient - a great song.
  9. Voted (for the first time on nu-BuzzJack). Really loving my top four, and a good selection all round, very strong choices for this theme.

Why is the one story that sticks in my head her job at a department store? I guess because it was funny to see someone actually working outside of the square where they all conveniently have picked up jobs within two minutes of where they live.
  11. Baller wasn’t among the ten songs I listened to yesterday and that is my new fave after the NF. Banger, and was great live! Cloudy June going straight out was not it.
  12. Klara has climbed to No.1 in Sweden which is nice for her - she’d have never had the chance if all of the finalists were released simultaneously as they always have been before. Dolly Style new at No.5 and Meira at No.6, above all of the other finalists so far… and Greczula at No.9. I’d expect Måns and Kaj to enter in the top two in the next chart.
  13. Really strong entry! I promised Leww I'd post this. The chorus lyric melody of this reminds me of the instrumental hook in Moving On Up by M People so I asked Rave DJ to do its thing and wasn't disappointed! https://rave.dj/OJFXPxhEnyBFOA
  14. Very tricky now. Will go with Mya although it’s a great track and I’m glad she had one big solo hit.
  15. Avril to win, one of my favourites from her for sure. Not fussed on the Justin track particularly.
  16. Barry Islands…I agree with Dandy that give or take a couple this list is almost already in order of best to worst, so I’m just chipping away at the later years now.
  17. By far the best / most competitive they had. I’m still not sure it’s much of a hit but at least they gave themselves a fighting chance.
  18. It's an ok track with a good performance. Probably midtable in my ranking but there were far better Eurovision options in Sanremo. It's fair to give him first refusal though I guess, and I'm intrigued to see how it does, doesn't seem as obvious a hit as usual for Italy.
  19. They won't. BJSC next month sorted though  I'm in Switzerland atm and able to pick up this national final on RTL on TV. It's a damn sight better than the likes of Norway/Iceland/Denmark, so Raab has clearly had an impact. Still more than a few songs that would get a sub 5 points televote, but I guess they're hoping for the jury love again this year with a lot of these.
  20. Portugal's odds have massively shortened, I guess in anticipation of Tristeza winning - it definitely could do extremely well. On Spotify Deslocado by NAPA has six times more streams than JOSH...I hope that's not indicative as I didn't really get that.
  21. Yeah I wasn't really sold on the song without the performance but of course he sold the hell out of it, and the final 45 seconds is more winnery than anything else I've seen this year, including Erika as I'm not sure how big her jury potential is. I'm not convinced it will be able to command a televote score much above 150-170, so does depend if it's a full on jury love in like with Tattoo and The Code, as to whether this can reach as high as 500. As for Melodifestivalen, it's completely over, everyone else can go home.
  22. Feuerschwanz and Cloudy June are easily the two best songs released so far for me. The former is great fun metal, the latter is strong pop and would be another risqué Eurovision entry lyrically for 2025. Think both could do reasonably for Germany. From Fall To Spring could also do well tbf, very Linkin Park, but not really as much my thing as those other two. Not sold on the others released so far yet.

Thanks Joseph. Taking about 45 seconds to load a page for me.
  24. I think this week's heat is my favourite so far in that I like all six songs to some extent. Revolution is not really that, but I like Måns and his music, I have always loved Heroes, and as generic as this track is, I know I'll have it on repeat. I don't think it's a Eurovision winner as I couldn't see it getting a particularly huge televote at Eurovision, but no doubt it will ease to victory here. And I do think it's a well produced, instant Scandipop song with an anthemic sound. KAJ's song I really like, very infectious and super catchy, I hope this goes to the final! It's the big party track the final is currently missing. Vicious is way better than I expected from Andreas - I love Alcazar but don't often go for his solo stuff, but this is very Dua Lipa, some really slick and sharp production with a great chorus. Tennessee Tears have brought a really quite strong country song, I wouldn't rule this out going to the final, or at least going to the second chance round. I like AmenA and Ella's tracks too - although they sound way less competitive than the other four, but are fine for my playlist. Predictions: DTF: Måns, KAJ Second chance: Tennessee Tears Out: Andreas (I think Måns probably eats up the male pop vote sadly, and the older audiences might be more likely to go for him or Tennessee Tears), AmenA, Ella

Presumably Abs is rejoning them then? I saw them as a trio a few years back and they were fine, the lack of a natural rapper hurts them a bit.
