I really thought Me would be the last we saw of corny Taylor. As my sister texted me earlier 'Cleveland is giving 'spelling is fun''. The other three sound decent and like growers. I Knew It, I Knew You is actually my favourite UK No.1 single of the year, I feel it's so underrated and disappeared quite quickly, I prefer that direction to these songs.

And all five feature on Buzzjack Presents... Classic Garage, coming very soon...! Some great garage and dance tracks indeed, I'm glad Crazy Love got into the top 10 as it's such a classic. Some fun pop from Lolly and Scooch and I bought that Mandy Moore song on release week and still enjoy it, I liked her way more than Jessica Simpson, but less than Britney and Christina. I'm also a big fan of Private Emotion, a really strong duet and it was nice to see Meja get a top 10 after All 'Bout The Money missed. Brilliant R&B from Toni Braxton as mentioned and was nice to see her back in the top 10. I'm not a great fan of Bound 4 Da Reload although they did promote at my school when the following single came out, so it was a bizarre experience of seeing a No.1 single live in my school assembly hall Who Feels Love - bit boring for me. Gas Panic would have been a better single from this album albeit better live. Nice to see a live performance of Cry by System F, I really feel like Ian Van Dahl copied the general vibe/tempo/key of that with the similarly titled Try two years later.

Voting for the glorious Glorious although Am I Wrong is a good track. I remember they were called Envy initially.

Great countdown to follow Jaz, and a brilliant finish with two of my big favourites too. Royals is unbelievable for all the reasons you mentioned, I love the minimal feel to it with the clicking, and the lyrics are amazing. Get Lucky was such a good comeback single, a breath of fresh air when it came out, very funky, feelgood and quotable lyrics. Same here, the game is all about song choice so I always vote on how much I like each song, and that only, and try and disregard my feelings for the artists.

Maybe the Vengas mentor is employing a high-risk strategy of trying to exit and do an Amelia Lily and then come in through the back door Gamu round in a few weeks with another strong single and then make a run to the final with the competitive singles that they have left. They have one song that very much could be a Gamu winner contender, but of course many strong acts will have left by then and will be trying to get back in (but may have used up many of their competitive songs on the way?).

Makes me a bit worried they won't do Vault 90s editions, as sales are lower for the main releases. And because some of the Extras have some songs on that should be Vault tracks, especially 1999 which had several.

I've got all of Zara's albums and have been following her since about 2013 when Uncover was big in Sweden, so expect to rank her much more highly in later rounds when my favourites come up. I don't think she'll be in trouble this time though as has so many top rankings while others on the face of it are averaging mid to low in most. I've also had the fortune to see her live twice, once as an interval act at Melodifestivalen 2017 in her (first) imperial phase, and again in the khia era at the opening ceremony of Eurovision in Liverpool in 2023 <3 The second one with Julian, although we were behind the stage so say that we could see her is a stretch.

Short of another major film surfacing then Yearbook '94 will top the compilation charts, as KPop Demon Hunters is under 3,000 sales a week now and it won't sell less than that. It would have to do so on pure sales only because Spotify don't report their data in time for Thursdays (which 19th November is).

10 is hyperbole, maybe outside the top 100 but not in the top 50. We did a BuzzJack download campaign earlier this year with a Girls Aloud song and got it to around No.90 and at least 20 people downloaded it in the same few hours going by posts made here. So I think we can assume that you still need about 20 sales to go low top 100.

Interesting tracklist order, I did mention to someone else that they might kick off with Bruce as they love flaunting that license since they got it. It looks like a good selection, and I'm a big fan of the dance disc (as long as they get the right hit mixes), although the sequencing is just odd in a lot of places. These are missing from the top 40 of the year, which won't obviously be on 1995 (Celine/Rednex). Agreed, and went for this too. Although that and If We Ever Meet Again did a good job bridging eras for Katy Perry and helping to set her up for a bigger second era. I did think she might drop off after Hot 'n' Cold at one point.

They do need to get the album available at mainstream retailers and not just that one website it’s on to build up steam. Also maybe Delta feels like she can’t promote it properly while doing Strictly, certainly it opens the possibility of it doing worse in Australia if she can’t devote time and focus into its promotion there. November releases will always make me shudder thinking of how badly Mistaken Identity performed and how I wished she’d left it to early 2005, although I appreciate how different the market is now.

Used to love Divine Inspiration, good piano dance and set in Brighton. Kent Jones is a no for me.
