A great debut album, she's such a popstar. Early faves are Unconditional, Before you break my heart and Silent Disco. Her voice in Silent Disco is just devine

Ok so this album is definitely a grower. The highlights are Skin in the game, worlds smallest violin and catch my breath. Shame it seems her career is derailed by the tragic roll out 😑

Really enjoyed this and so happy with the winning band, totally unexpected! Something really likeable about them! Although the other "final" band (no spoilers) were great - I couldn't see how that would work. And I found one of the singers mildly irritating 🙃

The sample reminds me of being totally intoxicated at clubs in the 2000's so that's cute. However, overall the song is just chilled vibes - don't hate it, don't love it. We were so spoilt with pop bangers that Little Mix released. Are we constantly going to feel underwhelmed? Like are we expecting too much?

There's something so homely about the Shookababes - like an old friend who releases absolute bangers!
