Manic Street Preachers - Postcards From A Young Man
http://www.manicstreetpreachers.com The demo of The Girl from Tiger Bay is available to listen to on the site. It's much better than the new single.

Manic Street Preachers - Postcards From A Young Man
I like the music but James' vocals are starting to grate with me now.

Kyoob - Minimal Classical Piano version
Wow. What did you do that with? Did you record yourself playing piano?

Marina and the Diamonds - Shampain
Numb!

Marina and the Diamonds - Shampain
No - but she's already released 4 singles and this era has done its work. I agree she is one of the most interesting pop acts at the moment but I'm more interested in what she's going to do next.

Marina and the Diamonds - Shampain
I think she should really give up and move on to the next project.

Manic Street Preachers - Postcards From A Young Man
Excellent. Double cd pack with two extra tracks each. I can see this going Top 5 on physicals alone. Does anyone know what the physical sales for You're Love Alone was in week 1.

Manic Street Preachers - Postcards From A Young Man
Just hearing this now. What has happened to this band? They used to be so good.

Kate Bush ° Running Up That Hill
It would be done in here or indie/alternative but could be advertised in Pop and the Lounge. Actually put it in pop - maybe the pop lovers might take notice of her.

Kate Bush ° Running Up That Hill
A Kate Bush rate perchance?

The Best Beatles Rip Offs?
While playing Keeping the Dream Alive by Frieheit it helped me realise that there are probably lots of decent Beatle-eque songs. Do you know any good ones? These came to mind. 6Is-TYt95hI dbvxALFWvHs

Karen is an all time great character. Never laughed once at How I Met Your Mother.

Buzzjack's Favourite TV Show -+- RESULTS
Rightfully - When it is superior to the rest? You don't get on that show if you're merely a comedian like you do on the other panels shows. You also have to be very well read. Interesting that Srubs and Green Wing have equal points as they have often been compared. Unfairly, I might add, as Green Wing is one of the most creative shows I've seen and I was so glad they quit after 2 series, otherwise they would have ruined it.

VINYL COLLECTIONS
Vinyl is great because is so unreproducible. You can't just make a copy of a mates copy of an album like you can with cd, mp3 or even cassette.

Citadels - The Chemical Song
I really like this. If it didn't have the word chemicals in it I wouldn't have made the Suede association but there is plenty of Suede in it that's subtle.

GAY INDIE
I really must give Agaetis Byrjun a few more plays. I do love ().

Albums that did click years after you first heard them
That is a serious downside. I remember getting the MP3s of Bloc Party's Silent Alarm and I wasn't impressed apart from the singles. Then I got the cd cheap somewhere and played it alot more. I ended up loving it. I often wonder if there are other albums that I'd love if I bothered to buy them on cd rather than leave them unplayed somewhere on my ipod.
