Great as it is, I wonder if Breathe was by some unknown band would it be 'dance' enough for this chart?

I am going with 1998. 1999 tracks all fell short of a million.

I think there's one Missing from that list.

I just had a look though the possible songs left. It gets pretty grim in places.

Never liked The Launch. I can take or leave Dreamer.. I do like You Don't Know Me, though.

It's strange that people have clear favourite KLF singles when their standard was so high.

Justified and Ancient is too camp for my tastes.

Yep - it's cruel that 1992 was the lowest year for sales seeing as it was a classic year for dance. I mean look at the singles that had decent chart runs that are missing out Something Good and Don't You Want Me, for 2. Don't You Want Me spent 20 weeks in the Top 75 with all chart runs combined and still misses out :( 1992 14-9-{6}-6-7-10-14-19-30-46-74->11 1995 {10}-11-24-46-74->5 1996 {17}-26-44-66->4

No Good will be in the chart I think. Everybody is in the Place was a January release so poor sales.

I'm guessing Hey Boy. Hey Girl had great first week sales but because it was 1999 the top 2 were selling even better - Sunscreen entered at number 1 with sales of ~206,000 and Sweet Like Chocolate had a previous week sales of ~141,000 and was at 2.

I would have expected a lead single from album number 2 to go top 10 as was traditional back in the 00s.

It was the first week in January, though and that was traditionally a terrible week for physical single sales - and maybe if there was bad weather it would have been even worse.
