Sinner

I wouldnt worry. Neither does Kate Bush and she's an actual musical genius.

Shara Nelson

They stuck with it long enough. Don't you think they got bored with it? I certainly did.

Do you mean the lyrics?

how can music be deep?

What if my fave is Coldplay?

Another name for a transmission is a broadcast. Here's another Manchester band with a song about a broadcast, 03nFwzg7fxc

Not nearly as interesting as Midnight

Oh, I like Happy even more now if it has a chance of outsellng the shit-storm that is Blurred Lines.

That's you choice. It happens.

4/5 star review in Q

First impression is of Imogen Heap's Hide and Seek purely because of the vocal effects. And the standard U2 influence on the guitar. Damn good start to a new era.

No matter what it is, it's so similar to so much of the "alternative" music being pumped out of various parts of Europe for the last 5 years. See also idon'tknowwhatthehellami, M83, etc. Yeah - I went there.

No Pulp, Tony? :(

Retrograde outside the Top 10 :(

I really have to listen to The Auteurs more. I have New Wave somewhere.

Coldplay moved quickly on to be U2 with a headcold.

Really? Fran Healy's vocals + Nigel's production made The Man Who somewhat of a mum-friendly OK Computer.

Coldplay/Travis/Aqualung and others that I've probably forgotten certainly used Radiohead's template to varying degrees.

Bit like Shania Twain's Come On Over too, then?

It's a shame that Set Fire to the Third Bar wasn't a bigger hit. It is actually amazing where as Chasing Cars is atrocious.

Which is to make money.

Gold is really nice. I like All Points too.

They look more like movie soundtrack songs.

2013 will always = Get Lucky for me.
