It does have twice as many streams as Santa, Can’t You Hear Me. However, the rest are in leagues of their own—especially All I Want for Christmas Is You and Last Christmas. That said, considering the others are actual singles with music videos, airplay, and promo performances, it’s not surprising. After all, My Only Wish is just an album track from an obscure Christmas compilation from 2000. Can it really be compared? It's a miracle that the song is as it as it is. I'd absolutely love for her to acknowledge it more, though. A video of some sort would be a dream. But even an Instagram post would be a good start.

The playlisting is much worse this year, unfortunately. It's doing great in some markets (Top 30 in Germany this week, Top 20 in Denmark), but the English speaking countries are paying it dust.

The OCC reported Baby at 2 million in August 2022, though that was likely a rounded figure. However, its daily streams on Spotify have doubled over the past year, so a significant increase is a given. Toxic reached 2x Platinum on February 11, 2022, and 3x Platinum on November 29, 2024. That works out to about 4.2K units per week—a big jump from the 2.5-3K units it was averaging just a couple of years ago. I'm especially curious about how close Oops is to 2x Platinum. It was at 737K in May 2020 and climbed to 931K by August 2022, averaging around 1.7K units per week during that period. Based on those numbers, it would be at approximately 1.13 million units atm if weekly average didn't increase at all. However, since its daily streams have also doubled, similar to Baby, it could now be averaging closer to 2.2K units per week. If so, it’s on track to reach 1.2 million any week now. In the next couple of months, she’s coming for at least three new certifications: TSC hitting 2x Platinum, Hold Me Closer reaching Platinum, and Oops reaching 2x Platinum
