The Spotify position looks odd but streams are very stable. Taylor's 20 track bomb, plus Artitic Monkeys (+ Halloween songs) make it look much worse than it actually is.

The CD singles are starting to ship for some people now.

If it doesn't go on ACR by mid November, it could return to the Top 20 or higher thanks to the physicals. Fingers crossed it's higher tomorrow though, I remember a few weeks ago it was #18 on Sunday then went up to #14 on Monday.
