Britney could literally repackage her older albums/release rarities a la Mariah to keep her name afloat until she feels ready to release new material..

She needs to be receptive to the very valid criticisms. Until then, she can keep digging that hole.

Why would they even be able to air on itv? YouTube is literally the easiest outreach they have… And it’s a greatest hits, the album is going to have trickle sales just because they have successful singles.

It’s amazing how unethical H&K were as counsel, the arguments they presented on court documents dehumanising Britney - for a thousand+ hourly rate…. only to drop Jamie as soon as they realised they wouldn’t be able to collect from Britney’s estate. I hope they’re subpoenaed by Britney, whatever communication that’s been handed over surely must be questioned under oath. Anyone in law must be watching closely.

The album will eventually hit Platinum on its own a la LM5 so it doesn’t feel like an investment the label would warrant.

Claiming the man is with Britney for her money completely undermines her ability to choose and make decisions that impact her…. Kind of like the arrangement that’s kept her hostage for 13 years. Get a grip, or gtfo.

Quite the catalogue seller! I expect Gimme More to go platinum by the end of the year/early next year with Toxic going twice platinum.

You know I remember constantly defending Britney’s person and artistry during the Femme Fatale and Britney Jean eras. I remember the constant rebuttal I received from those who brushed off my concerns, and it eventually took a toll on me. I feel I internalised their dismissal of Britney’s “bad” conservatorship and what they considered the infantilisation of Britney by fans.. I feel like we ended up accepting the conservatorship as private business until Britney herself made her feelings known last year.
