  1. Actually, I agree with you. Work Bitch is a great "Britney" video though.
  2. Um, no. How is the imagery in Mona Lisa at all comparable to the visuals of Hold It Against Me? Do you really believe Britney would sit down and write a treatment glamorizing her breakdown, and the "comeback" - something she has openly stated as disliking. Check For the Record "dahhling". Anyway, I hope we get the vocoder-less version of Tom's Diner; correct me if I'm wrong but the Leu Remix sounds as if it has been reduced.
  3. The truth. HIAM is very non-Britney and I think that's exactly what Joseph Kahn was getting at with his recent interview with BreatheHeavy; I mean the entire concept was Brian Friedman's anyway.
  4. Is this even real? It looks like one of those shoddy fanmade photoshoots, case in point:

    Reminds me of: http://img2.timeinc.net/people/i/2010/startracks/100412/britney-spears-435.jpg

The Essence of Me, maybe as an American single.
  7. I love her more than life. Also, I love that the Toxic residency instrumental was being played. Amazing.
  8. HOWLING!!!!! This is very nice. But don't you just wish it went somewhere? I was hoping to here some powerful adlibs. But I really like it.

Agreed agreed agreed; I'm quite intrigued to see how her career will pan out in the U.S.

Now if it climbed one more place that would give it that bit of exposure that would have helped much more had it entered on Friday.

Woah. Imma wait until a week before to buy tickets on GetMeIn. I did that for the Glassheart Tour and was near the front for £33.

I was thinking the same Joe. It is the west coast that are yet to wake up?

Oo nice climbs! I hope this doesn't end up like What About Us though.

Yeah top 20 isn't even a possibility; Thunder would've needed a top 10 placing to give I Am a chance of debuting so high. I reckon it will miss the top 100, unless it climbs into the top 10 on iTunes.

I'm quite surprised it's still holding at #12. Hope it manages to hold onto a top 10 placing; it would have been amazing for her to have had signings.
  16. Footprints in the Sand is so beautiful; you have to experience it live to really appreciate it. SyCo messing up the sampling of Avicii's Penguin is what led to the song's criminal under-performance; it really would have been the rebirth that Happy failed to fuel.
  17. I hope she regularly has her vocal folds checked by a professional. Sounds like she might have nodes.

Oh I see, thank you for the response! The album has been climbing on the Amazon chart since before its release; up to #29 (Deluxe) and #55 as of this moment.

Out of curiosity, who did exactly fund the production of this album then? SyCo? Seeing as she co-wrote/produced it all with someone she considers a friend that too must've reduced costs quite a bit.
  20. James Cameron wanted I See You to be treated like My Heart Will Go On but I think SyCo were too busy contemplating how to jeopardise Echo's release.

But the cost of it would surely negate from any money made? It's a tricky one I guess. I hope those Radio 2 plays actually translate into album sales.
  22. I Got You maybe?

Thanks Joe! I am so broke right now, but I am determined to buy this one way or another.
  24. Maybe the girls will find an up-and-coming DJ to collaborate with. Anything to hear them on radio again to be honest. Hard to believe it's been 2 years since they were on full rotation.
  25. Good for her! This gives me time to save up too! :)
