The whole thing seems to be an absolute farce, Miami on steroids and that's hideous enough as it is. Everyone I follow on any kind of social media that reports on F1 in some way seems to be there, paid for, showing how amazing the whole thing is, whilst there are stories of half-filled hotels and poor ticket sales because they priced everything way too high. I'm sure I also saw something about the organisers not realising what the temperatures would be when they booked a night Vegas race in November, and it's way colder than cars would normally run in. I'm away this weekend and there couldn't be a better race to miss.

I suspect that one of mine will be revealed on each of the next four days.

Look at how amazing we are having reached our target to halve inflation this year. It's definitely all down to our policies and no, the increase to that ~10% rate was nothing to do with those policies and entirely down to external forces which we couldn't control.

Smooth is ok and probably my second favourite song in the list, but delighted Pjanoo did make it as that's the only one of the 10 I'd choose to listen to now.

This is probably the best selection of songs there has been, the Peggy Gou flop aside. The rest are worth keeping and a couple truly excellent (Clark, Vegyn) but Firebreak still feels like a comfortable winner, a truly incredible band right now.

It's only when seeing this list makes me realise just how little I care for them as an act, although as others have stated there are a lot of better ones missing. I voted for Eleanor Rigby and Help! as the two that I'd genuinely choose to listen to (maybe harsh on Paperback Writer), and there are some truly terrible songs on there. I get why Hey Jude is winning but I find it completely dull and ruined further by hearing it so often.

Will send an entry as there's a couple of songs I'd really like to send, but am going away twice before the end of this month so might end up withdrawing...

I did think it was likely I'd be the only voter for Ian Brown. I have been somewhat put off him in recent years as he's a completely horrendous individual, but do still enjoy some of his solo stuff a lot. F.E.A.R. is a classic and his UNKLE collabs are great. I think there are 6 more where there's a good chance I'm the only voter, 4 of which I'll be amazed if I'm not.

Oh David Holmes would've made my votes somewhere, but not someone I thought of that might have had top 40 hits!

It feels likely I will be getting a 4th sub-30 position out of 5 finalists this year, so hopefully at least a unique position. Genuinely looking forward to finding out who has actually voted for COBRA - 0 qualification predictions, the only comments about it making the final were of surprise, and I didn't catch either of the listen throughs so absolutely no idea who might like it!

Emily Eavis has denied this story and said it's not true, although it doesn't mean they're all wrong. She's previously said 2024 has two female headliners and I'd expect Madonna to be the most likely of the three to be correct.

Reasonable enough return for me, wasn't expecting anything particularly good for Badlands on Fire, just thought I'd send it as it's something I've been enjoying recently. Didn't give as much listening as I would've liked but the top 3 were all in the 10 songs I didn't think were worth a second listen :ph34r:

There are now 8 different version of it available, with the two released in the past week (David Guetta and Acoustic mixes) seeming to get a reasonable amount of traction, I'd say it's fair to assume that combined they're adding a decent amount of streams to the main version.
