  2. So the line up for the final is: Very male and magic heavy :(
  3. Asia, Kameron, Plastique and Laila all have activity and 10 queens have went 100% quiet from the date expectedly, so it doesn’t look like they are on. Reddit are thinking the cast now looks like (due to only these 10 being completely silent): Jan Trinity K Bonet Sonique A’keria C Davenport Yara Sofia Pandora Boxx Jiggly Caliente Rajah O’Hara Scarlet Envy Ginger Minj

  5. This cast is so much better than AS5! I feel like the even numbers of All Stars are always the good ones and the odd numbers are always the bad seasons. This trend will continue. I feel it.
  6. Even more impressed with the fact that the background opera vocals are her!!
  7. I’m sad about the elimination. For me the bottom 2 was clearly Tynomi and Ilorna. Anastazia’s verse actually went off. This was by far the best episode so far - went back and watched the challenge like 3 times because they all actually did so well.
  8. Hype Apparently it’s from the same studio sessions as Link Up & Cash Race so I’m expecting similar sound
  9. I hated the fact they turned the ball into yet another comedy challenge. Let us just have a pure design challenge with 2 brought from home looks and 1 designed look in the workroom. Balances it out the fact that every other All Stars challenge is a comedy challenge other than the talent show.

I love this so much, giving me Yeezus album vibes
  13. Top 3 is great - I would have loved it to get higher, but it will still be her highest peaking. Also just got a 8.3 on Pitchfork and Best Album of the Week. Critical and commercial acclaim.

I know some of her stuff can be quite basic, but she does have a great voice that doesn't grate like Jess' voice does. I would say Jess probably has the higher highs just from her early collab stuff though. After 2014 it went to shit.

Okay, so the Hopscotch remix is so much better than the original. YES.
  17. Album of the year is here ladies. Feel confident in saying that after sitting with it only an hour. Also her career highlight thus far. PHEW.

  20. What a mess of an episode. Hated everything, and for Mariah successful herself to get sent home? I think not. India and Mayhem lasting longer than Mariah does sit well with me.

I think the main problem is the ordering of the tracks, as the first half definitely sounded very samey on the first listen, but the second half is legit Album of the Year contender for me. Concrete, Lose Each Other, Still, Try Again, Friends alongwith the 3 singles in the second half legit leaving me speechless. So so so good. I’m annoyed that she put the filler all up at the start as I don’t want people to lose steam before getting to the best moments.
  22. Nothing Tulisa said has made me question Misha’s story at all. Her acts could have well come crying to her due to comments they had heard, that’s very consistent with Misha claiming that Kitty was spreading rumours backstage, yet Tulisa seems to just claim Misha is lying and was bullying people without clearly saying this was just through her acts accounts which could have been informed by the same hearsay backstage Misha is talking about. Yet again, Tulisa came across as abrasive and just can’t find it in her not to just immediately assume the worst of Misha. Sorry seems to be the hardest word for sure. You played into racial stereotypes whether you intentionally did or not. The fact you have black friends doesn’t excuse the fact that you shamed a young black woman of 19 for being “over-confident” and “aggressive”.

  25. I never bought into this at the time. I remember being so angry at them for trying to tear her down like that and Louis and Tulisa knew exactly how those words stick. They knew they had succeeded in their aim when the vote for her fell through and she ended up being in the sing off the following week. I’m so glad she’s doing better now and I’m so glad she’s felt able to speak about it after so long, as the angry black girl narrative that was pushed was so obvious.
