First UK live TV performance tonight on Jools Holland
  2. The ones that spring to mind straight away: Breathe (joins 'Confide In Me' and 'Slow' to complete my top 3 Kylie songs ever, so perfect) Put Yourself In My Place (feel this gem is relatively forgotten by general public) Finer Feelings (the chorus is so good - really should be far better known. one of her best from her early career) Where Is The Feeling? (the video version rather than the album version - experimental moody-90's house Kylie had arrived) Chocolate (so f***ing good and doesn't deserve the hate it gets) Your Disco Needs You (the gay anthem) The One (definitely underrated outside the fandom - the #37 peak still haunts me)

    YAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSS so f***ing hyped
  4. 'Freedom' is my all time favourite Nicki track, it is so underrated and the vocal outro is everything
  5. http://www.fashionably-early.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/xabout-time.jpg.pagespeed.ic.KcXpWxOCsf.jpg Decided to check this out after seeing a little hype on certain parts of the internet having not really heard very much about her before. Very impressed so far after one listen to the album, definitely giving me such good vibes throughout; kinda reminds me of Jhene meets Janine & The Mixtape. She is absolutely f***ing stunning too, that album cover is KILLING me! This is the lead single from the album to have a listen to. Gives a good indication of the records sound for sure, however I think there are better songs on the album for sure. 6eug7Qv8iKY So glad I checked her out

I keep on almost shedding a tear when 'Antadena' comes on, it is so unbelievably sincere and touching.
  7. 'Pray' is better than 'Too Good At Goodbyes' but it is still predictable and not exciting in the slightest.

OUT NOW yaaassss gonna do a 1st listen rate as I am too excited not to. 10.0 Frontline (that dirty beat in the chorus gonna get me forever) 08.5 Waitin 09.0 Take Me Apart (the production on this is so futuristic wow) 08.0 Enough (very arresting; probably will take a few more listens before all melodies start showing themselves) 08.5 Jupiter 10.0 Better (she sounds f***ing stunning, beautiful ballad) 11.0 LMK 07.5 Truth or Dare (production is a bit jarring at beginning but all comes together at the end) 08.0 S.O.S. 10.0 Blue Light (BLOWING me away) 10.0 Onanon (her vocal delivery on this is everything. that outro OMG) 10.0 Turn to Dust (the way this plays with the idea of building a song throughout, fuuuuck. don't play with me like this) 09.5 Bluff (so wish this was a full song. only not getting a 10 because I need more) 10.0 Altadena (saving the most personal moment for the album closer, lovely slight change of mood to end on; one of her best songs ever already) This took my expectations and absolutely exceeded them in every way possible. Stunning record from start to finish. It definitely gets even better as it goes on though; that run of the last 5 tracks is unbelievable. It has everything; club bangers, personal ballads, futuristic crazy production and absolutely spellbinding vocals throughout. I am so glad she took her time to work on this for so long because it is truly an amazing record.

'Blue Light' and 'Waitin' have been uploaded to Spotify early. 'Blue Light' is f***ing spellbinding. Honestly, the production is so futuristic and I adore her distorted vocals so much. Really not far off of 'LMK' levels. 'Waitin' is also fantastic, getting late Janet vibes; definitely my least favourite of the four tracks we have thus far though. Anyway, less than 24 hours until this out in full. Can't believe that it is about to come, feels so surreal given the fact I have been waiting for her debut album since late 2013

Normally I would have been tempted to give songs like 'Poison' a 10 and I would have definitely considered doing something close with 'Don't Hold Your Breath' etc. if it was just a solo rate, but the PCD were so iconic and next level that I've had to somewhat mark them down.
  12. Tamera has said on Twitter that her lead single will be out before the end of the month :o

Joint tour with James Blake going on sale this Friday!
  15. Why did she even bother putting this out there if it isn't a new single from her? People might actually stumble across it and listen to it and think this is the kind of trash music she makes. Way to hurt your already struggling brand even more so. Everything about this is terrible. And for it to come from someone who clearly DOES have such an ear for great melodies and fantastic production (all those outstanding mixtapes self-produced in her bedroom), I am shocked. Delete this now and let me forget this was ever a thing.
  16. That sounds f***ing awful. I hope this is just an old demo and they are releasing something else as the next single. After 'Flame' flopping she was supposedly working with Mike Will Made It and TM88 (who just produced 'XO Tour Llif3') so I was expecting her to somewhat get her shit together and go back to making R&B bops. EDIT: I think this may be a false alarm (thank f***) because some producer called HitMaka has tweeted saying he has produced the new Tinashe single and captioned it #RNS. He also produced this bop so I don't believe that he will have also produced this complete misfire: MlwRD651bmo Hope can somewhat be held out... for now.

I'm so excited for the music video as it is directed by Solange :o

So I am still blown away completely after letting this settle in for a few days. Honestly, the whole thing is almost perfect start to finish. Rating the tracks I look like a crazy over-excited fan but I can't see this just being my initial hype. It really is THAT good. 08.5 Lsd 09.0 Jukai 11.0 While We're Young 09.0 Moments (ft. This is absolutely blown me into another planet. What a trip this album is indeed. This is by far and away her best work, every song is incredible. I'm so upset that this is inevitably going to be slept on because it really is one of the finest albums of the year. I can see it being a record that stays with me for a long time.

I am so excited to listen to this, it is getting rave reviews across the internet. She has yet to disappoint me so far so I am going in with high hopes.
  21. Really enjoying 'Week Without You' too. This is going to be by far and away my favourite Miley record, I can tell already.

This is out now. It is really a bit of a disappointment tbh. It has a nice vibe but is a bit too basic for me. I can see it being a grower but it is definitely no 'Ciao Adios'.
  23. I love both 'Waiting For Tonight' and 'On The Floor' but the former is soooo good that it has to win. Not that my score will have made a difference as I gave them both 10's, damn it.

This sounds f***ing incredible. I need it immediately.
  25. 'Stand Up', 'Rain On Me', 'Screw You' and 'Sexy Den A Mutha' are definitely the most 'single' sounding out of her album tracks. Think all of them could have done well if pushed. I'm not as convinced as the rest of you that 'Yeah Yeah' would have really been such a good choice. MLR didn't really have many options tbh, definitely her worst album.
