Yes, it made me well up today too. To know it is about her battle with cancer, and for it to be the album closer, it really does sound like a victory lap.

Great to see the playlisting for this one is so strong at the start! I don’t see it charting this week. I think we should expect nice little boosts for Padam and Tension, get ourselves excited about the album sales and not expect too much from this. If it’s got some great playlisting support, let it do it’s thing and maybe it will build in the coming weeks. I just don’t personally expect a post-album Kylie single to do much in this climate.

I personally still think ‘Running’ is better than a lot of the songs on the standard. She should have got rid of ‘Green Light’ and had ‘Running’ on there instead.

Okay so I would rate: 1. Padam Padam 2. Hold On To Now 3. Tension 4. Story 5. Vegas High 6. Somebody To Love 7. Things We Do For Love 8. You Still Get Me High 9. Just Imagine 10. Hands 11. Green Light 12. One More Time 13. 10 out of 10 14. Love Train

Somebody To Love - 8/10 Yes absolutely loving this! It should be on the main tracklisting… why is this only a deluxe song and better than a lot on the standard?

7/10 - Just Imagine I think this one will grow on me tbh - it’s maybe not the most memorable but can imagine it showing itself more over time

3/10 - Love Train I’m so sorry Kylie, this one is awful.

Ohhhh didn’t realise this was happening but let me go back through what I’ve listened to so far: Padam - 10/10 obvs Hold On To Now - 10/10 - what I love Kylie doing!! Things We Do For Love - 7/10 - very LM - Break Up Song Tension - 9/10 One More Time - 5/10 - not feeling this one sadly You Still Get Me High - 7/10 - this one too similar to TWDFL to be this close in tracklist Hands - 7/10 - interesting track and cute Green Light - 5/10 - sounds like a Disco cast off to me Vegas High - 8/10 - love this! Really great pop 10 Out of 10 - 4/10 - still can’t get on board Story - 9/10 - what a brilliant closer to the main record!

So tired but stayed up until midnight as I need to hear tonight. Can’t believe it’s only 15 minutes away!

Are these club nights in London? I wanted to get tickets for the RVT one but they are sold out :(

Yeah completely agree - was enjoying the song but the sample ruins the vibe. It legit sounds like a bad YouTube mash-up..

I personally think it's amazing Olivia seems to be coming for a 20k or even 25k+ second week. We need some genuine albums that become hits and not just one week flash in the pans. Lovely to see 'GUTS' is going to have some legs.

#39 in midweek album charts today. I know it will fall massively, but fingers crossed it can keep a top 100 place this week.

WOW at Sugababes managing top 40 albums. I know it won't stay there but I am guessing this is from them releasing the vinyl and selling them as merch at their 02 date.

Can't get this out of my head... the chorus is such an earworm.

This is very 'Amethyst' part 2 with some more dance-leaning production for me so I think it is very in line with the Tinashe you enjoy.

One of the best pop songs of the year already for me. Sooooo good.

Wow such a great start for Tate. I haven’t been a fan until now but this song is so instant! 2023 version of ‘Promiscuous Girl’ vibes. I hope it can climb even more and become a big hit for her. Already imagining a top 2 of ‘Greedy’ and ‘Strangers’ if they keep rising and what a top 2 that would be!!!

Interested in what the first day Spotify figures will be for this… Do we think 50,000 WW streams is too optimistic given the fact it was 10th on NMF?

My only surprise was the fact that ‘Today’ and ‘Beat Is Gone’ were the only ‘Lost Tapes’ tracks. I would have absolutely loved ‘I’m Alright’, ‘Summer of 99’ or even ‘Back In The Day’ added too. I think especially the latter would have gone as a lovely transition from their One Touch melody into their newer stuff.

What an incredible night.. I honestly loved every part of it. I honestly think ‘Beat Is Gone’ might have been my highlight. Keisha’s vocals towards the end on that song was some of her best I’ve ever heard live. She really owned that song, that was Keisha’s moment. The inclusion of ‘Shape’ too was a lovely new addition to their live catalogue. And of course ‘Run For Cover’ being back is of course brilliant.

Number 1 on iTunes! YAY

YAY for Sugababes!

I am thinking this too now... I can't see her massively outperforming someone like Olivia Rodrigo's first week despite having 'Padam' behind this album. I too am expecting a pretty similar opening number to 'Disco'.

Glad they are supporting Leigh-Anne again... hopefully will manage to give the song a bit of life.
