New peaks on Spotify today: #14 Ashe - Stop The Wedding! #62 Fontaines D.C. - I Love You #85 ADÉLA - Nicole Kidman

I hate how the government believe that AI data centres are necessary infrastructure, even though it'll cause more strain on water supplies. They're also making/planning AI data centres that use fossil fuels instead of water, which will further accelerate global warming/climate change. The climate crisis is the biggest threat humanity has ever faced. If the average temperature compared to pre-industrial levels continues to rise (which I believe it will), we will see famine, droughts, starvation, climate migrants, and other stuff like that in biblical proportions.

I just HATE generative AI with a passion. It has made people so lazy and uninspiring. Not to mention the environmental damage that it causes (the constant usage of clean drinking water to cool its systems, which then evaporates).

But at least it sounds fresher than the songs that have been in the charts for a gazillion weeks Coming for a new peak on that chart!

New peaks on Spotify today: #15 Ashe - Stop The Wedding! #52 SIENNA SPIRO - Pure #69 Tove Lo - Talking Body #89 ADÉLA - Nicole Kidman #150 Kings Of Leon - Wait For Me

Now DWAS is ahead of BOAF by about 200k.

#69 (-8) in the mids

"Nicole Kidman" is at #69 in the mids.

#15 in the mids!

New peaks on Spotify today: #10 ADÉLA - Ain't In LA #21 Dream Supplier - Clean Baby Sleep White Noise (Loopable no fade) #56 P!nk feat. Nate Ruess - Just Give Me A Reason #70 Sixpence None The Richer - Kiss Me

Why losing Arctic sea ice would be horrific:

#21 in the Sunday First Look

Movin' To The Sun #1

"Ain't In LA" not in the top 20 first look, even though it's had its biggest days yet.

The only song currently in this week's singles chart top 10 that is set to go to ACR on Friday is "On 2Nite" by Silva Bumpa.

Top 10 return imminent

The general population unfortunately prefers streaming songs that have been in the charts for a gazillion weeks

Loser's chances at going top 10 are starting to fade

Sombr just cannot be separated from the number 7

I see it overtaking AIWFCIY as the longest-running top 10 of all time.

Especially the Precious segments.

I wish I could just cast a spell and permanently alter their brains into realising the harm that they are causing. They're just causing more and more division.

I got the deluxe version of "Tangled Up" on CD, and a vinyl of the regular "Tangled Up" album. Maybe I should go thrifting for CDs.

No Scrubs has reached new peaks on Spotify today. Not just here - but America, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and even the global chart. Not Ireland, though.
