Singles that could have had longer chart runs at #1
I remember it being big at one point last year at my school although people did move onto ridin solo quite soon afterwards and that did seem bigger than OMG at my school. OMG might have been so big because of two reality TV shows performances which were about 4/5 months apart which helped keeped it's sales up and probably that helped it to go 5 on the end of year rather than somewhere between 7-10

Singles that could have had longer chart runs at #1
Yeah, it would have been weird seeing usher's big comeback song entering at 13 and then going on to be the 5th biggest song of the year after that, the surprising thing is that it got to no.1 in the uk 2 weeks before the US. :o

Singles that could have had longer chart runs at #1
On scouting for girls first week, omg was only 6 and then it climbed to 2 on scouting for girls second week, so i don't think you could call scouting for girls frontloaded, considering it just missed out on the ytd top 40 as well, once on the other hand....

i'm suprised this jason aldean guy didn't choose Pitbull for his rent a rapper role, he seems to be the flavour of the month at the moment, that might get Dirt Road Anthem to No.1
