I think you are the one quite deluded mate if you think it's not possible! The same as most people going on about the Saturdays on here (it was only yesterday people were saying they had a good chance of number 1) 15 hours ago they were 7% above maroon 5 on itunes, now they're behind.....if thats not frontloaded then i don't know what is. I'm pretty sure maroon 5 will get number 2, The Saturdays aren't even safe at number 3, not by a long shot
  2. rufcforever posted a post in a topic in UK Charts
maroon 5 starting to close the gap now, they will need to close it by thursday morning to have a chance though i reckon

I don't know it all....far from it. But I know enough to know this  Just seems some people on here are trying to make a close battle out of something that is far from it, it's all a bit over the top

Like I have said before, the saturdays wont come within 10,000 of Number 1. Some people on here are seriously misguided

I cant believe some people still think there is a battle between The Saturdays and Pixie Lott for number 1 this week. The Saturdays will be way off, as much as 10,000+ off i think. It's not even going to be close between them I can't see how people think it will be. The battle is between Pixie and Maroon 5 The Saturdays will be number 3 AT BEST

right, so we can rule The Saturdays out now without a doubt, they wont come close. Between Pixie and M5, I still think m5 will do it though
  7. rufcforever posted a post in a topic in UK Charts
I reckon Pixie Lott may well have stole it this week after that performance

in essence, it means for example if the saturdays were level with m5 by midnight. it wouldn't mean that they have sold as much in 24 hours as m5 have in 48 hours. because the chart is weighted so todays sales have a bigger effect on it

Example has got a much much wider fanbase than The Saturdays though, come on, please tell me you didn't compare the two? 48 hour it may be, but it's weighted towards recent sales, they wont gain much more after tonight i'm sure of it

We will see, but your delusion worries me if you think 5% behind by 7-8pm is enough. they would need to be over 20% infront by midnight because m5 will only regain the lead over the week anyway

It all depends how pixie lotts live performance tonight affects things. She's the only one who can challenge maroon 5 in my opinion. The Saturdays wont come close. It really beggars belief how they are as successful as they are (top 3 in the UK charts can still be seen as very successful), they are average at best and really only benefit from the fact there aren't really any big girl groups around to challenge them. By The Way, on a separate note, i thought the sugababes were releasing this week?

They're still under 60% of m5 though....who are, if anything, still increasing. The Sats are bound to tail off towards the middle of the week. This will be their biggest selling day by far

I wouldn't say very likely at all really...they'll be number 3 behind m5 and Pixie Lott imo

  18. whats the biggest day to day jump we've had in this chart? I mean, is it feasible that someone like you could jump by like 5million viewers every day for the next couple of days after that vma performance?
  19. Does anyone know the breakdown in percentage that the different aspects have on the chart, that is, airplay/didgital/sales?
  20. Vote away. Personally I think they've made a massive mistake not promoting this before release. Will still easily go top 5 imo, but could have been a massive number 1
  21. I think people who say this won't out last The A Team are going to be massively surprised

at this rate Cher could be out of itunes top 10 by monday! Embarrassment to the music industry
  23. rufcforever posted a post in a topic in UK Charts
Be funny if it was some crazy rock song that none of them liked
  24. rufcforever posted a post in a topic in UK Charts
I'd say they were still declining at a decent rate! The thing is the same can be said for at least half of the top 10

To say JLS are probably falling quite a bit too, it's pretty embarrassing how fast Cher is falling. Shes down to 0.79 already!
