  1. 1991-2011 Give me some suggestions of who you want nominated and i'll then put them into some sort of format for a competition to work out the winner. Probably a similar one to the record of the year. So, basically, it's the artists who you think have been both the best and most influential from the last 20 years. Remember, this bit isn't necessarily your top choices, just suggestions for nominees I'll give till the weekend and then gather them together and start it from Monday EDIT: Just for a bit of clarity, as it could get a bit confusing. Let's say the artist needs to have released at least one album in that time (excluding greatest hits)
  2. what other sites is there apart from livepopbars.com or is that the only one? keeps reverting
  3. ahhh well i'm not taking the rap for that that one's the OCC's bad :P POS LW WOC 12 12 12 SUPER BASS NICKI MINAJ (CASH MONEY/ISLAND)
  4. sorry it's 12 in the chart 9 in the top 40 my bad :P
  5. I don't think it'll bother someone like you, was a bit optimistic with my comment before the original edit :P but it's done 12 weeks so far, i think it's got at least another 12 in it, and honestly think it could manage more, but as i said it all relies on it making itunes top 10
  6. lol i edited it before you posted your replies :P but it'll easily manage that.......theres only about 20 weeks left, it'll spend the majority in the top 40 i would have thought
  7. The format on itunes where it shows the top 10 on the homepage makes it alot easier for acts to stick around in the top 10 these days. But you notice as soon as they drop out they tend to plummet. If it wasn't for this format super bass would have been top 10 on itunes a long time ago, this same reason means that when it reaches top 10 in the next day or so (which looks inevitable now :yahoo: ) it'll probably climb to number 5 or 6 very quickly, and stick around alot longer. Ultimately, Super Bass could end up close to being this years longest runner in the top 40 :o
  8. Super Bass at 96.5% of number 10 :yahoo: come oonnnnnnnn so close 10. Give Me Everything 0.238027 11. Super Bass 0.229974
  9. Right, i'm going to be bold here and say Nicki will be in the top 10 on itunes by the end of tomorrow. Really hope so, no song deserves to be number 11 for so long and not get itunes top 10
  10. lol i'll let you off then :P
  11. It already has.....it's number 16 on itunes
  12. shock horror, check the live popbars and Super Bass is number 11! Just hoping Amy Winehouse drops fast and it can get top 10 before this sundays releases, as I'm sure if it hits itunes top 10 it'll bounce straight up to 6 or 7
  13. Is this the actual airplay chart? Because on other sites pitbull is number 1 with Adele at number 4. So how is this worked out?
  14. Very pointless and pedantic reply then tbh mate
  15. Where do you think this will chart? -N30dQ-MU0Y

Just listened to One and Only by Adele. Surely this has to be released as a single?

Where them girls at has had incredible longevity, back up to number 14. I think alot of that is to do with how big it is in the clubs abroad Go Guetta
  18. I know it's a while off release yet, (8 weeks if they wait till the scheduled release date) but where do you think it will chart on release? gaVtC5A5frA

Really shocked at how well The Wanted are holding up. Guaranteed number 1 now for sure, and maybe even contenders for next week :o and I still have hope for Nicki, especially with example dropping like a lead balloon

How can you think Stan is a bit 'meh'? Seriously, it's one of the best songs ever released, by any artist not just eminem. I know it comes down to personal opinion, but thats a bit of a strange un!

I thought it was meant to be a 48hr rolling chart? The Wanted's lead over DJ Fresh has hardly got any bigger over the last 12 hours So this would to me suggest either; a) They've hardly sold anything during that period, which would mean come tomorrow a big crash is on the cards. b ) itunes have got something wrong, somewhere or c) it's infact not a 48hr rolling chart at all

the wanted aren't gaining much on DJ Fresh at all now, and it's not even passed the 48hr threshold, so I fully expect it to fall away dramatically by the end of the week. Come Friday I'd be very surprised if it was top 3 on itunes. May even be as low as 7 or 8

Think we need to face facts that Super Bass wont be getting a top ten place now. One thing I think it has done though is increase her profile over here and gain her a lot of fans, hopefully it means her future singles, if good of course, will be much bigger sellers
  24. You know the ones, the ones that everyone seems to know, but yet, for whatever reason flopped when it came to the charts, due to lack of promotion or whatever. Or simply the ones that aren't as popular as you think they could have been if things were done differently. What are your biggest let-downs of the year so far? I'll start the ball rolling by mentioning Chris Browns-Look At Me Now, massive in the states but only reached number 44 over here simply because of lack of promotion and no proper release date. I'd also say Super Bass, although number 12 is not a flop by any stretch of the imagination, and it could still climb higher, I think if the cards were played right and it was slightly more radio friendly then it would have gone top 3 very easily.

Really like this, out on July 17th, with bennys profile ever increasing could we see a shock contender for number 1 maybe? u-KqDVNowKU
