Looks like they’re doubling down on the Kandy show based on the first act...tbh I can see Ru living for Kandy regardless what she does and handing her the win this week to validate her still being here. I don’t really understand what Kandy’s brand is other than being loud but Ru lives for it for whatever reason.

Well of course that’s what I took from it as that’s what you said... And yeah he did say that but I’m sure if it bothered him that much he’d have learned how to do it. Obviously had other priorities.

Plenty of bigger queens have down splits and writhed on the floor so it’s nonsense to assume Lawrence can’t because “science.”

Also if anyone won that last lipsync it was Ginny, she was hilarious bopping away in the background!

Just such a sour ending to a great season, it’s so obvious Lawrence win because Ru had a weird obsession with her from day one. Like fair enough had they crowned Lawrence when they went into lockdown, no one could have argued with that but in the five episodes since they came back Bimini won 4 of them and Lawrence didn’t have a stand out performance in any. None of it makes sense with the storylines that have been edited over the last few weeks. The entire narrative of the series built up to Bimini winning and to not give us that is just baffling. The sad thing is the win for Lawrence is gonna do more harm than good at this point considering the amount of backlash he’s gonna get while Bimini’s popularity will skyrocket, it could have been so easily avoided though. If they were so insistent on giving Lawrence the win surely they could have edited her better than the bitter, unconfident messy queen we saw in the second half of the season. Evidently production don’t care though which is a shame as none of it is Lawrence’s fault yet he has to deal with the fallout. As for the finale itself it was meh I guess. The song wasn’t great, didn’t flow well and the queens verses were so short. I get why they picked that song but the production was such a miss it was disappointing. Maybe it was originally edited for three queens and it was a last minute job? Also as much as I enjoyed Ellie this episode what was the point saving her just to then have her be the only queen that doesn’t get to lipsync? Like fair enough if it was going to be a top 2 final lip sync but it wasn’t and the decision was obviously based on her track record as she really turned it out in the performance and runway.

Want - Symone, she just oozes winner to me! Think - Cant decide between Symone or Gottmik, both would look good for the show. Top 4 - Symone, Gottmik, Rosé and Utica Sadly not a chance Utica will make it, most likely Kandy will instead. Not impossible for Olivia too either but just feel she’s running out of steam at this point so she’ll need quite the turn around.

In fairness the lipsyncs have been a bit shite. How anyone could not find Tia funny though, funnier and more charismatic than most of the queen on at season period.

It’s a shame, up until the runway this was a really enjoyable episode (bar the mini challenge which was stupid). It was great getting to spend time with the girls, especially in such unusual pairing for the most part and I think they all came out positively from it. Tina especially in her pairing with Rosé and previously with Elliott is shown to be really likeable I wish this is the Tina we saw all season. As for as the pairing go: Symone and Utica were the clear winners IMO. They both translated each other’s looks really well and helped show off an aspect that had been missing previously. It was a great pairing and so fab to see Utica get her first win and Symone cement herself as a front runner in the competition. Gottmik and Kandy were word for me, I get why they got praised, being the production favourites, and I’m not saying it’s underserved but the overall looks were lacking. I think Gottmik translated her look onto Kandy really well but I don’t think the look suited Kandy well at all not do I think she sold it like Gottmik, she sold it like Kandy. As for the reverse I did not really understand why Kandy picked that outfit when she’s not wore anything like it all season. I completely understood what Denali meant in saying it looked more like a Tina Burner look. Of course Tina doesn’t own the concept of fire but when basically every one of her looks this season have been based around those colours or that concept it just felt a very odd decision from Kandy. As for her outburst, it’s just a case one one step forward and two back. It was absolute nonsense and now that’s she’s starting to outlast front runners it’s just disheartening to watch. Rosé and Tina did fine I guess, not a fan of either of their styles but they translated both across well enough. I doubt Tina has long left in this competition and while I really like Rosé, I just don’t like her runways at all and it’s stopping me from fully rooting for her. Sadly Olivia and Denali were probably the correct bottom two though I do think Olivia was the clear bottom. I find her really odd tbh, she objectively was the one to beat going into the episode with her track record but she just has such a lack of presence. I really don’t think we’d have missed much had she left this week where as It was clear Denali has such a passion to keep going it just felt like such a wrong decision to have her go home. It felt kind of dumb reusing a lip sync track that had already been done well and I don’t think either girl surpassed the original performance but both did well enough and I thought it was close enough that either could have reasonably won. It just doesn’t sit well with me that the double save could have been used this week to save a girl that had more to show instead of the mess that we’ve ended up with. It’s weird that they got season 12 so right even with the redacted mess but just one season later they seem to f*** up at every turn. It’s just disappointing tbh.

All that guest judge hype for that...really?! BOOT. Probably the best performed acting challenge we’ve ever seen but didn’t laugh at anyone all that much. Tbh I had no idea who was going to be top and bottom after watching it. Bimini is just a goddess at this moment, there’s no need for a final at this rate, she’s won it. I don’t think anyone across any season of the franchise has gone into the final with such strong momentum, I honestly don’t think any Ru girl could beat her at this point and it’s fab to see, she’s such a star!! I’m glad Lawrence got over herself and made peace with Ellie though I was so confused when she was talking about them being such good friends. I get what we see is highly edited but to me it’s more come across Lawrence only tolerating Ellie because she’s not threatened by her. At no point during the season have I seen anything resembling a close friendship so I’m just kind of confused at this point. As for the challenge she’s lucky production like her or they’d have thrown in a few bum takes and used it to send her home as I’m sure they’ve done in the past but the end product was decent. A very Lawrence performance which isn’t bad but jut overdone and boring at this point. That’s 2 weeks in a row Michelle’s had the nerve to expect Tayce to f*** up and it’s just plain rude. She got the smallest role But I thought she did decently with it. Didn’t understand Ellie’s critiques either, they gave her all that great praise and then it was like they realised they needed her in the bottom so came up with all that shit about her acting too well...in an acting challenge. It was nonsense and just came across as dragging her for no reason. As for the lip sync it’s probably the best song they’ve picked but the performance was meh. Fund the double shanty’s just unnecessary as well, like obviously they planned four girls in the final but what’s the point when neither of them will win. They’d have been better off using it last week to keep A’Whora and getting rid of either Tayce or Ellie this week.

Ugh I actually could not even if she won this week, her ego would be unbearable. Fingers crossed production aren’t that stupid but considering their track record this season alone I won’t hold my breath.

Didn’t help having to watch Kandy’s bogus double save in the recap but then they have to put her in like 70% of the talking heads as well? She’s not even that funny I just don’t get it. Snatch Game wise Gottmik and Symone were my top 2, still shocked the latter was only called safe! Deserved win for Gottmik though, she was the funniest and performed so well. Don’t understand people trying to dismiss it as an easy choice seeing as in almost put Raven in the bottom back when she tried. Regardless I’d much rather someone took the safe choice and killed i than try and force some random on us. Unless your Jinkx it’s probably just not gonna work, case and point with Olivia and whatever that was she performed. Gotta say I don’t think I laughed at Denali at all and I’m usually a fan of her but she didn’t sell me on JVN at all. Always happy to see her get praise though so I’m not to annoyed at the top placement and her runway was cute. Rosé pretty good overall, definitely one of the funnier ones but I’m glad Michelle finally called her out on her outfits though I didn’t like this one either. Tina and Kandy were fine I guess, not car crashes even though it was just Kandy being Kandy yet again. Would have much rather she’d have played actual Patrick Star from SpongeBob, that would have been iconic. Clearly deserved bottom 3 and tbh I’d probably have had them all lip syncing so think Olivia was lucky to escape. Utica was probably Max levels of awkwardness but loved her lip sync, never thought she’d have been capable of that so was fab to see! It was a shame that Elliott just seemed to give up this episode, I think they gave her a bit of a bum edit as well, I actually laughed at her “men “ reply to Ru but obviously she’d served her purpose and the producers decided it was time to go. No massive loss tbh but the shows kinda treated her like shit so I wonder if she’d have performed any different had she been allowed to come in at the same level as everyone else. Skipping ahead to this weeks preview which just came out and what a surprise production pair Kandy with Gottmik on the makeover challenge. I really just don’t get it, what actually is the appeal I’m baffled.

Both Lawrence and A’Whora were disgusting tonight, it would have been bad enough had they just left it how it was at the beginning but the way they were in Untucked was plain nasty. I’ve been such a fan of A’Whora all season and I’m shocked to see her go but I’m not sad after the way she acted. I was howling at Ellie’s set, I honestly thought she’d somehow pulled a win out of her ass after her set. Yes it was bizarre and random but seeing how much the judges were laughing I’m shocked she wasn’t at least high, especially over Lawrence. I’m shocked she got called safe though, really thought the judges set her critiques up for her to be eliminated so I’m glad that wasn’t the case. I can’t believe how boring Lawrence’ set was for a comedy queen and his runway outfit was vile, I can’t believe he got so much praise tonight. He’s had quite a noticeable step down in performance since lockdown I really hope he goes next. Also what was he even mad about, he was THE comedy queen, the one to beat. He shouldn’t have had anything to be concerned of and just totally self-sabotaged himself. Tayce was such a god damn professional this week it made me fall in love with her. I found he set not bad either, some decent laughs and great looks. Tbh found it quite rude how Michelle was expecting it to suck, Tayce has that type of personality that could have easily pulled out a great set even with not being a comedy queen. As for the lipsync I do think she just about beat A’Whora but not enough to components for her 3 bottom placements and only 1 win compared to A’Whora co Stanton strong run bar the one low week. I’m glad she stayed but I’m not sure it was the right decision. Bimini what can you say; great set, great look, great everything. Bimini for the win!!

It’s crazy, she’s arguably been top two in week 1 and both design challenges, high in the Rusical and safe every other week. If it was old All Star Rules she’d be a front runner!

Correct top two this week, both Ellie and A’Whora looked so good this week and I think I’d have given them a double win, especially to help cement Ellie as an actual contender. It’s a shame seeing the other girls constantly overlook her when she’s had a fair few strong weeks in the top but I guess her not having a badge has just completely invalidated her success to the others. Can’t be mad at A’Whora finally getting a solo win though, it was long overdue and she continues to shine on and off the runway. Was rather disappointed in the remaining looks this week. Considering Bimini’s lack of sewing ability I do think she turned out a decent enough look which I was happy to see, was worried she’d be lip syncing at the start of the episode. Her personality is just infectious so at this point I’m definitely hoping for a Bimini/A’Whora top two. I thought this would be another challenge Lawrence would kill so I was really disappointed in the final result, at this point I think there’s been a step down in her performance since the 7 month break. Yes it was well constructed but I thought it looked awful. I was so confused at the judges praising at and then even more confused based on their feedback that she placed low. I think it’s the right result but their feedback sounding like she was going to place high so who knows. Lawrence did actually grow on me a little this week, was nice to see her not force a joke out for five minutes and see a different side to her. She’s still by far my least favourite and it’s good to see her runaway win looking less likely as the weeks go on. Correct bottom 2 this week though I thought the lip sync was rather disappointing. I feel Tayce was doing the right moves just at the wrong point in the song and I don’t think Sister really did much in her performance. I am glad she got a decent edit in her last episode, it’s a shame we didn’t get to see more of that Sister previously as she was fun to watch.

I get what you’re saying about Heidi but I feel we saw enough other sides to her personality it didn’t feel like it was an act. It was obvious Heidi was being herself and that what made her so likeable. With Olivia I feel we don’t get that all, especially with her sly, shady moments that I think slightly undermines everything else. I find it hard to connect with her because at this point I don’t real see her as real person, more just a character that’s being portrayed. Of course I get why people do like her, she’s talented and her optimism will likely resonate with some people but for the time being O just don’t see it.

How the f*** is Kandy still?! Like seriously that has to be the most undeserving double shantay of all time. I really loved the Rusical, probably the best main challenge since Phenomenon for me. It was nice to the the majority of the girls rise to the challenge and perform so well. I actually agreed with the top 3 this and as much as I’d have liked a double win for Gottmik and Denali there was no way anyone could have done anything to stop Rosé. It was the winners role and she had the talent to pull it off and then some. I still hate her runways though, it’s been weeks since she’s worn anything I like. I’m glad Utica pulled through from rehearsals and gave a good performance and was nice to see Elliott to good as well even though I think she g out the worst role there. There was no way she could really shine with it being so dark and hard to see her face but she did as well as she could with it. I think I slightly preferred her taxi look to Tina’s though they were both different enough it didn’t bother me they both had the same concept. As for Tina I was shocked they put her in the bottom 3 all for one slip up? I thought she would be challenging for the top and it seemed they dragging her down for no good reason. She’s really been growing in me the last few weeks so it was a shame to see. Olivia performed well again though I’m getting tired of her eternally happy and excited manner. Can’t deny she’s talented but at this point she’s coming across so one dimensional to me I’m bored of her. Symone and Kandy were the obvious bottom 2, both performed poorly in the challenge with the only difference being Symone looked good on the runway, I thought Kandy’s outfit made her look like a blob and it made her lip sync so messy. As for the lip sync I don’t get why the judges were getting so excited by it when it was pretty meh to me. Symone was far better though and should have been a solo stay. The fact we’ve got to suffer probably another few weeks of Kandy is just so annoying and put a downer on what was one of this series better episodes.
