i thought you would :P people in this thread made out that the interview was really bad and had done their image a lot of damage etc, i honestly didn't think it was that bad at all and i haven't really read/heard a backlash/negative response to it anywhere :unsure:

ok, so i read this interview the other day, and i honestly do not think it is THAT bad, call me a blind/obssessive fan or whatever, but hey it's probably true. i don't agree with what he said on the whole gay issue, yes it is a bit hypocritical of him but it's not gonna make me feel any different when i listen to the music; it's the music itself that evokes the listeners feelings, not brandon's comments. also, he never actually defends George Bush, he says that, unlike other bands, he refuses to say "F**k" on stage and will definitely not say "F**k George Bush" to generate bigger hype/reaction because it's easy to just say it to provoke a reaction. to me that's fair enough really.
