I really wish they'd give this a proper push. The fact it's so high on iTunes from just a few Radio 2 plays shows it has so much potential. It helps that it's an absolute banger as well.

She's said the album is pretty much done, out early next year and most of the song titles have been revealed. Buzz singles aren't a thing anymore. Avril was just unlikely to get a hit in the streaming era and that's exactly what happened. It's still her highest charting single in the UK in 8 years. That's not saying much but still better than nothing when most of her fanbase has moved on.

But their last #1 single was 15 (!) years ago. Their hit making days are over.
