It's a shame radio haven't supported Ava Max more as the public are clearly responding well to it given its chart longevity.

No, HMV closed in Ireland a few years ago. Golden Discs is our equivalent and have 14 stores here.

They're also still selling incredible ticket numbers. Please give it a rest so we can get back to the topic of the thread.

I really think this will be the end of HMV and other physical music-focused retailers. Golden Discs are the Irish equivalent, in a much better financial position, and they've temporarily closed here. I'd be shocked if HMV has enough liquidity to stay afloat if they've to close their doors.

That top 20 is outrageously grim.

I think Over My Head was also their first big hit in the US and just as big as How To Save a Life (both are certified 3 x Platinum).

He actually had another Top 10 hit with the often-mistaken-for-a-one-hit-wonder Carly Rae Jepsen!
