Take That - Odyssey: The Greatest Hits
Urgh. So they played a 7 min video on their Facebook page, and finished with a silhouette of 3 of them against a gold sky. Single released on 21 Sept according to the Twitter image on their official account.

Take That - Odyssey: The Greatest Hits
I’m hearing there’s an announcement at 6pm tonight!!

Take That - Odyssey: The Greatest Hits
And Gary tweeted that today marked the start of TT30! News this week??
-
Take That - Odyssey: The Greatest Hits
I wonder if they’ll do an arena tour, with potentially a date or two at Wembley with Robbie

Take That - Odyssey: The Greatest Hits
I feel like that could be a possibility with a future Gary solo release! Would be really cool to hear!

Take That - Odyssey: The Greatest Hits
Hmmm...maybe something like Barry Manilow on Could it be Magic? Or perhaps one of the 3 new songs is a duet? Wonder if Robbie will be on one of those songs, or if he’s involved at all? Would be surprised if he wasn’t... Could well be 3 discs, for 30 years! A disc a decade!

Take That - Odyssey: The Greatest Hits
There’s so many questions that I’ve got - but I’m optimistic! They need to re-connect again with the fans. Maybe this release will bring us back to the 2million+ sales again

Take That - Odyssey: The Greatest Hits
It’s been moved forward a week apparently!

Take That - Odyssey: The Greatest Hits
Exciting news!! Take That will be on "Chris Evans Breakfast Show" on BBC Radio 2 on Friday 28th September. Sounds like announcements are incoming!

Take That - Odyssey: The Greatest Hits
Yes, back in 2008! Definitely overdue I feel!

Take That - Odyssey: The Greatest Hits
With robbie on XF, I would say it’s fair to assume TT4 could reunite and perform a song on the show? And perhaps a medley... Ideally we could get a TT week!
-
Take That - Odyssey: The Greatest Hits
I think it’ll be ok - perhaps they’ll just re-record some of the original songs? I imagine if Sure is included, it could be the big band version?

Robbie on social media
Surprising! A shrewd move for Simon and a coup to get Robbie to commit to this. Excited to see him more regularly - hopefully he’ll have Gary on Judges’ Houses!

Take That - Odyssey: The Greatest Hits
Some new news on the GH and tour everyone! Gary wrote: 'There are some exciting announcements coming from TTIII soon. We’ve an extremely important release coming this Winter in the form of a Greatest Hits with a twist. 'Then in 2019 we will turn our recordings into a live show featuring all the hits from the last 3 decades.’ https://www.google.co.uk/amp/www.dailymail....rsary-year.html Word is it’ll be a TTIII tour, with Robbie joining the U.K. and select European dates. No Jason...

Take That - Odyssey: The Greatest Hits
Yes, we should start hearing this gathering pace now. Especially as Gary has finished his tour and usually we’d hear a single around September time.

Best Last Single from Each Take That Album
I’ve gone for something a little different. When we were Young is such a lovely song, has a stunning video and was the last video to include all 5 of the guys. I think I prefer this song over Eight Letters actually.

New Album 'III', lead single 'These Days'
Haha yeah! This was a great carpool variation!
-
Favourite Era by Take That
I also feel the journalist framed the story around Gary, where there were a lot of other people involved. I also agreed about Giants - a big balled could have done wonders. I cant see the next single from GH being a ballad either though.

Gary's First Two Solo Albums
It’s comign around quickly! We might get a new single in September (if they don’t do the on air/on sale strategy)
-
The Flood vs These Days
Do you think the flood is played more or less than other TT songs on the radio? I rarely hear it compared to the likes of RTW, Pray, etc
-
Rule the World vs Patience.
I agree, Patience was just the ultimate comeback song, but how lucky were we to get 3 great singles from the BW era!
-
Gary's First Two Solo Albums
Agreed - stronger is one of the weakest on the record

Music Played By Humans: 27 November
It’s probably worth mentioning that many more people would have already had a copy of Open Road. The same might not be said for 12 months, so it could be the first time a lot of people buy it!
-
Gary's First Two Solo Albums
Perhaps he was reluctant to release a ballad after criticising Gary for that approach. Maybe he felt a ballad didn’t fit the image he wanted to craft (i.e. Oasis)

Music Played By Humans: 27 November
I think he may be more keen to re release 12 months. Even if he gets a re peak into the top 20s then that’ll be a good return. Strange how he didn’t promote it at all though!
