  1. Good to see that progress still holds higher first day sales than Ed though.
  2. Progress charted there Elisabeth, I for one am happy that they are bothering. For a time, I thought they'd only focus on UK, Ireland and Germany. Streaming is such a killer in the charts right now. Wish they'd sort it out. It's like tail wagging the dog for want of a better expressions!
  3. In fairness, Giants (although it should and COULD have gone higher), still went in at top 15 with zero promo, but I am starting to be a little worried for Wonderland's position. Realistically it should have 40k already in the bag from the presale. Are there signed copies being released too? I'm hoping Ed is very front loaded this week and then is around the 50/60k mark when TT release
  4. I just love BW. Every song is classic TT, and to have Patience, Shine and RTW on it shows it's something special
  5. Gary in Robbie's new video to Mixed Signals
  6. It's #15 in the U.K. AirPlay charts
  7. It looks like they all sold out and had to run a new batch...but can't see the demand being there again for signed CDs of the second single
  8. Streaming is ridiculous, it just cannabilises the chart and weights it towards the younger generation artists. Chart run looks to be a shocker, I can't for the life of me understand why they haven't performed it once since release. Thankfully they got the physical right. I fear that could be the only thing that does go right for them this era unless the plan is to release a second single the week before the album and throw a tonne of promo at it that they would have 'used up' with Giants...
  9. Will do! Thanks for the heads up! @Pippa, let's take a look together :)
  10. Great stuff! I would assume a new GH will canabilise future NF sales, so it's great to see it still racking up sales
  11. If I remember correctly, I recall Andrew Lloyd Webber wasn't allowed to perform any of the music from Love Never Dies leading up to its launch, due to the promotion issue. Although, he could perform any of his back catalogue, which probably explains why they did The Flood. Must say, they were fantastic last night. Best I've heard Robbie ever sing it
  12. Welcome Mottfan! Completely agree, could you imagine if they had done something to These Days or The Flood (i.e. no b side or proper physical). In fairness, top 15 is still a great result when compared to acts like them, or even Robbie (he's had a tonne of promo this era and still hasn't had a top 20 single from THES). Let's not forget top 15, in the streaming era with ZERO promo. Let's hope they are saving all the promo to give the album a big kick!
  13. It makes no sense to me. I just hope they can hold on to top 10...although, it's unlikely if they only sell another 2k today and tomorrow
  14. Opening night last night and The Girls has got rave reviews! Every review I've read this morning, including from the Telegraph, Guardian etc have given it 4* plus!
  15. I can't see Ed beating TT on his third weeks sales, especially as TT will begin with 40k ish based on the preorders and tour priority offers. Perhaps they are holding back all their promo for the album, although I doubt they'll release a second single so soon. Although...if they released at Xmas, a second single would be released around this time. Thing with the tour is that they usually have 3 official singles released by the time they hit the road...so maybe we can expect a second single soon...
  16. What's frustrating is that with physicals and a performance on LIS, they could have easily consolidated top 10, perhaps even top 5. Top 15 isn't too bad though, considering it plummeting down iTunes
  17. Great to see this! As you say, III should definitely hit double platinum sooner rather than later. Would love TTAP to reach triple platinum! Hope Wonderland can reach platinum (considering a non-Xmas sales climate)
  18. Massive potential here too, given it's #4. Even if they perform it next week on LIS, it'll probably rebound for a day into the lower top 10. They need to deploy everything in the first week if they are going to chart well
  19. He's always said everything moves for TT, but who knows. It's very odd
  20. Seems like there isn't a plan. They know the first week is crucial for their releases, so why not have any promo lined up?
  21. I think if Giants now makes top 20, it'll be a miracle
  22. So frustrating that the single is dropping like a stone in iTunes and they chose not to promote it properly
  23. I'm very frustrated that they didn't do Giants, agree with Milly, it was the perfect chance to ensure top 10 placement
  24. Has anyone heard the b side to Giants? I like it! As Milly says, classic TT
