New Album 'III', lead single 'These Days'
I think that BBC show will be the last bit of promo this year. It's crucial that they do that as soon as possible to give the album a kick. At least it's gone past 500k though. So a silver lining nonetheless

I hope it'll remain in the top 40...but I wouldn't be surprised if it disappears

Good result! Half a million is good by any standard. Apparently they are sending the replacements on the 4th

Finding Neverland musical
Dare is incredible. Absolutely beautiful melody and meaning lyrics. It reminds me a bit of a Jump Part II Here's Gary performing it at Abbey Road for anyone who hasn't seen it: https://www.youtube.com/embed/Ne6t1ew91mY

New Album 'III', lead single 'These Days'
So it would have definitely gone top 10 if it hadn't been recalled. So frustrating that Hey Boy is 58 on sales but doesn't even make the top 100 officially

Such a mess. Imagine how TT are feeling!

New Album 'III', lead single 'These Days'
Still no official news as far as I can see about pulling the album and when it is expected to be back. Surely it doesn't take long to sort that problem out and copy whatever amount again.

I would expect TT to win a lifetime achievement award from The Brits, but I imagine it'll be timed to coincide with their 25th anniversary. LITS was actually really well done, I'm still amazed that it didn't do anything in the charts

Maybe we'll see more promo now to make up for this

I wonder how quickly they can turn it around and get a new one out and back in the shops? Ridiculous that no one spotted that on the master DVD before they started making copies.

Great chart mysteries...
There was a lot of buzz around them, documentaries etc. They got a lot of coverage building up to the Eurovision too.

The whole Blue comeback - I think people expected a Take That style reunion at one stage. No idea where they are now. Alexandra Burke too. That second album. Say no more.

I actually wouldn't be opposed to him doing The Voice. If only for 1 year to boost awareness again, seeing as people will be watch it to see what it's like. He'd also sing pretty much every week too!

Do Amazon make up a lot of their sales? Would have thought HMV, Tesco etc would be the places that drive sales

New Album 'III', lead single 'These Days'
Great news. Any idea when it is? Ideally before Xmas so it'll have a decent impact on sales

New Album 'III', lead single 'These Days'
I think it's much too early to say they are on a decline. I've said it before but we are talking about a half million selling #1 album and a Gold selling #1 single. If they were missing the top 10 with the album and not charting with the lead single, then I'd say you're probably right. They need to get the next release right. I'd rather it just be a GH of the post 2005 stuff though, the Never Forget edition is selling fine as it is. Promotion will obviously be key to whatever they decide to go with. It feels like the tax thing has played a part in them trying to keep their heads below the parapet. The best promo I think they could get would be Rob rejoining. I don't necessarily want that, but if they want to get the media and sales back they'll have to do something big. A reunion of 4 or 5 would certainly do that

Robbie hasn't had a proper solo release in a while, so perhaps that'll happen next Xmas. Will be interesting to see what he does if it goes up against TT. He may surprise everyone and promote both records. Saying that though, I'd rather Jason over Robbie, but you can't overlook the fact that his name sold Progress and his name will get the media on side again in the run up to the anniversary of TT&Party. I do hope Jason rejoins at some point. I'm sure conversations have already been going on for a while. Let's wait and see.

I have to agree Dylandog. Eyebrows will be raised around the 1.5 million missing sales from this album when compared to the others. The record label won't do anything impulsively, after all, TT have still sold half a million albums and 400,000 copies of These Days. That said, I think they'll be pushing a Greatest Hits now. Suddenly, I think it's absolutely essential that they get Robbie and Jason to return for the next record. They need the hype around them again and this is a sure fire way to guarantee that.

New Album 'III', lead single 'These Days'
Maybe I overestimated this. I thought it would definitely sell 100k+ Nevertheless, they'll pass 500k this week. Hopefully in the next 4 weeks it'll continue to collect sales.

New Album 'III', lead single 'These Days'
I'm very pleased it's pushed them back into the top 40. I too thought Gary and Howard were miming, but I'm sure there was a technically reason behind it. Maybe the movement into the ballroom from outside. Nonetheless, I enjoyed it. It certainly won't win an Ivor Novello but as said above, it's something different

Pleased Take That have jumped into the top 40 again

New Album 'III', lead single 'These Days'
I agree with all of the above. A lot of DVDs, mine included, have been skipping or get stuck around 10-15 mins in. Sort of sums up this era unfortunately. Saying that, positives are a number 1 album and single. Could be much worse.
