  1. Strictly is a funny conundrum for musicians. You find that there's not much impact on where songs are on itunes despite it pulling in 10m viewers a week. XF always guarantees a boost. The video is ok, better than the last couple... but would have been better if they had been involved in the dance off
  2. I still wonder if people don't realise it's out. Has the radio play been consistent?
  3. I think they did These Days and The Flood on both.
  4. Good promo none the less. XF would be amazing. Would guarantee top 40
  5. Video out tomorrow! Quite liked the clip on Lorraine this morning. Looks like a nightclub dance off! Jason would be in his element

  7. Just a shame that they sort of stopped after RocketShip. I think is just the movement away from physicals that has influenced their decision to stop b sides. The songs they gave to Google Play would have worked as good b sides.
  8. Great point! I would really love them to do some gigs in the states. Maybe appear on James Corden's show doing a medley or something!
  9. I wonder if they'll do an XF performance. I thought Children in Need Rocks was due back this year, it's a shame if the tax thing has stopped Gary from organising again this year. On another note, the video for Hey Boy is released on the 3rd Nov
  10. How many are they on currently? Must be around the 450k mark?
  11. I'm disappointed that streaming is having this effect on the charts.
  12. No way will she sell over 600k first week in the UK to break Oasis' record
  13. Hopefully it'll be under 400k. Still think Progress is untouchable in terms of first week and first day sales
  14. Yes! 6 in the morning fool was great too! They had a plethora of great music in the BW era. Quite liked RocketShip from Kidz. Does anyone remember 84 and Throwing Stones?
  15. I hope Adele doesn't beat the first week sales of BW, Circus or Progress. Album streaming could do very well for her and inflate the sales
  16. I definitely think Reach Out would have been better to go with. Shame that a single like IWFL did better than songs like Kidz, Let in the Sun etc
  17. Yeah, sorry, by comfortably I meant not #20 or #19 by 10 sales or something. If I recall, they decided against promoting it to take a break before/after the tour dates. Reach Out was released in Europe as the fourth single, but in the UK and in Ire they went for the newly written Rule The World.
  18. I'm sure the decline in sales this era won't have gone unnoticed by the record label, who will no doubt be raising the issue of returning to the sound of their most successful records. However, with a no.1 album and single under their belts from this era, they are still doing well. Think it's important to factor in the changing music scene too. The streaming for albums and singles now has and will continue to hit them.
  19. I'm hopeful they'll all reunite for the anniversary album. I think we'd see hype similar to the Progress era if it happens
  20. However, I'd wait for life as the third single from BW comfortably achieved another top 20 hit. I think the video to IWFL is beautiful. So meaningful and understated.
  21. I think it's certainly achievable!
  22. Everything should be lined up to maximise first week sales. Frustrating that it never seems to happen bar the first single release.
  23. Incredible sales though. I, like many, find that song very overrated.
  24. I wonder whether Take That themselves would produce their own record? Didn't Gary produce 12 months? As well as Robbie's TTC and Marcus Collins' studio album?
