No matter what ratings "Reign" gets, it will last at least 4 seasons on The CW.

I really don't think it's iTunes positions matter right now. "Nasty" was released months ago, no one knows that she even has a new album available to pre-order. Wait till the 2nd single is released and airplay starts for that, then the album should make some impact.
