Well, if ever there was a performance that should give an artist more sales then it was Girls Alouds. They were out of this world.

I'm hoping that Girls Aloud can start to pull away from One Direction a little more. Really affirm their spot.

Yayyy. I am more than happy with #2 for my girls! Just pleased that they have finally got there.

Phew. Glad to see that Girls Aloud are still pushinhg towards the Top 2. I got slightly worried that they were just going to hang in the low Top 10.

Isn't it interesting that there was once a time where Mcfly would quite easily get a #1 over Girls Aloud? I'm not sure we can say that about this time around.

So boys and girls, it would seem that One Direction aren't the force we thought they were. And Rihanna continues that reign that just won't let up.

I go see Marina and the Diamonds, I come back and everything changes. So Rihanna truly is the ruler of British charts isn't she? Well done her, I'm so pleased.

One Direction are obviously going to win this week but it will be an interesting one to watch. I think Rihanna may make it to the top another week. Lovely Ellie should hopefully break top 10. It may even be nice to have a brand new top 3 again.

We also have a certain Miss Cole to thank for that.

How lovely it is to see album sales back on the rise. All that we had to do was wait until Autumn.

No it does not. Let's just remind ourselves that 'homophobic' is defined as hating gay people. I'm pretty sure Amelia doesn't hate gay people. The way she used the word is a turn of phrase, simple as.
