It's official that they're won't be a physical release, yes.. And SI is nowhere to be found in the charts, so I'm afraid it won't be Top 100.. :(

Yeah, I also love that version.. :) And I personally think Greg's voice is OK, better than the Spanish dude's voice in Lucie's Spanish version of WYMO.

  15. 8 March 2007 WE'RE GOING LIVE.. WITH LUCIE RECORD PRESENTS ARTISTS FOR A SERIES OF INTIMATE ONE-OFF GIGS LIVE SESSIONS By John Dingwall GET set for the first in a series of very exciting concerts brought to you by Scotland's favourite newspaper. Chart star Lucie Silvas will perform at the first ever Daily Record Live Sessions gig at Bar Brel in Glasgow, on March 28. The gig will come hot on the heels of Lucie's brand new album, The Same Side, which saw her work with Danton Supple, the man who produced Coldplay's million-selling X&Y. The album is out next week and the intimate show will be the first chance to hear Lucie perform her new songs live along with favourites from her platinum-selling Breathe In album. The stunning singer said: "This is the type of concert I love. It's going to be a great chance for me to get in front of people and let them hear the new album. I'm really looking forward to playing at the first Daily Record Live Sessions gig. "We have been doing a lot of acoustic gigs lately so we may do that and we'll probably do six or seven songs, although if we are having fun, we'll do 10 or 11." Lucie's first single from the album, Sinking In, is out this week. The B-side features her big sister Mia on backing vocals. Laughing at the thought of competing with Mia, Lucie said: "It's healthy competition. It's fantastic because Mia is one of those people who has dabbled in film-making, visual arts and the likes. "I have always been impressed by how many things she can do. The music became more central for her and I really wanted us to work together. "Recently she started writing her own songs and doing her own gigs. It makes her so happy and I am so proud of her. "We haven't written together though. We decided to keep it separate because songs are very personal. But we will do at some point. "She is my older sister and it's only in the past year she has started to sing and write on her own. It is so important to me that she is happy and does what she wants to do. "It would be really lovely to write a song together. She is 34 but looks about 18." Meanwhile, Lucie, 29, has denied reports in an English tabloid that she is getting ready to marry her Irish rugby hunk, Geordan Murphy. The singer has been plagued by rumours that the couple are engaged, but Lucie laughed off the suggestion that Geordan, who plays for Ireland and Leicester Tigers, has already popped the question. "We're not engaged, not yet," she insisted. "We've been together a while and will do it when we are ready to." Lucie has been pining for Geordan due to his rugby duties and her own touring schedule, which often keeps them apart. "We're not like a normal couple who sees each other every day," she confessed. "We are off doing lots of different things so all we want is to be together. "Whether marriage comes into it or not, Ihope we stay the way we are because it is love." Though Lucie has become a global star in her own right, she admits she is nervous about the album release here in the UK - having been out of the country for so long. The album has already been released in Europe where it has topped the charts in countries such as the Netherlands, where Lucie is a superstar. She also enjoyed a No.1 single over there with Dutch singer Marco Basato. But Lucie admits she may have a tough job matching the success of her Breathe In album in a chart saturated with indierock acts. She said: "My new album sold 32,000 copies in its first day in Holland which is amazing. I have had such great support over here where Breathe In went to No.1. "We've spent a lot of time in Europe but the UK is special to me because that is where I'm from and I am dying to get on the road to play to British audiences. "I know that because I have been away for so long, I'll have to work hard to get my music out there." During her time away, Lucie has topped the charts as the songwriter of Will Young's hit Who Am I? - a song Lucie has revealed is all about her boyfriend's feelings. "The last one I did was for Will Young," Lucie said. "People are great and sometimes ring me up and ask me if I want to get involved in writing a song for them. "I've never turned someone massive down. If someone I loved asked me to write a song for them I'd jump at the chance. "That particular song has been amazing because it got so much radio play and did so well. I never expected it to be that big. But I knew I couldn't record it myself because it was written for a male singer. "I had written so many songs from a woman's perspective and I wanted a song from a boy's point of view. "My boyfriend takes credit for that one because he knows I am talking about his feelings in that song. I knew it was going to be for a man and I was pleased for Will to do it. It suited Will better than it would have suited me." Lucie, who started out as a backing singer for Gary Barlow, co-wrote a song with the Take That star for Michelle McManus's debut album. She also helped launch the careers of Gareth Gates, Rachel Stevens and Liberty X, who all have recorded songs written by Lucie. She revealed: "I bumped into Gary in Holland when I was doing a TV show with Take That and Lionel Richie. I've worked with both of them. Lionel and I did a duet and I was Gary's backing singer. "Gary is having such a ball and he said he is having a laugh and enjoying his life. She added: "I remember being really pleased when Michelle used our song on her album because we had written it a few years earlier and I didn't think it was going to be used. "I've actually worked with her before too. She is currently working on new material and she is such a sweetheart. "She is such a good girl and there is a lot of goodwill for her because she is such a nice person. "She's lovely. But I haven't heard any of her new stuff so I don't know what it is like." Despite being in demand as a songwriter, Lucie can't wait for the Daily Record Live Sessions gig to come around, because she loves performing. "It was amazing to have had so many people record my songs," she explained. "I love writing for other people but I'm a realist and know how hard it is getting songs on other people's albums. "It's the kind of security you need in this business but it doesn't fulfil your passion for performing. "I wanted to be onstage singing and performing with my band. "So having success as an artist in my own right is really something. "My records have given me the chance to do that and when I'm onstage, that's when I feel so grateful to all those people who have gone out there and bought my own records." source
