  1. Wow-that's me told then. may I introduce you to the concept of sarcasm and gentle humour.........
  2. I think it's great Coldplay have tweaked their sound for Paradise. I first heard only the end of the record and there's no way I would have said it was Coldplay. It's a great song.
  3. The plainest and most obvious reason Radio One won't play Moves Like Jagger is that it's a great pop song. And it doesn't have a faceless random 'rapper' squawking all over it.
  4. Personally, I think the Greatest hits of N Dubz is long overdue. :puke2:

  6. I agree-Telephone should be on it (if Lady Gaga's record company alows it-or are they on the same label?) But according to Music Week, Love On Top is the next single after Countdown.

  8. The trouble is, she has too many hits for one CD, but not really enough HUGE hits for a double-so a lot of Disc 2 is filler.
  9. The next one is a little more tricky: Mariah Carey Greatest Hits DISC 1 1 Vision Of Love 2 Love Takes Time 3 Emotions 4 I'll Be There 5 Dreamlover 6 Hero 7 Without You 8 Anytime You Need A Friend 9 All I Want For Christmas Is You 10 Endless Love 11 Fantasy 12 One Sweet Day 13 Open Arms 14 Always Be My Baby 15 Honey 16 My All 17 When You Believe DISC 2 1 I Still Believe 2 Heartbreaker 3 Thank God I Found You 4 Against All Odds 5 Loverboy 6 Through The Rain 7 Boy (I Need You) 8 I Know What You Want (with Busta Rhymes) 9 It's Like That 10 We Belong Together 11 Shake It Off 12 Get Your Number 13 Don't Forget About Us 14 Touch My Body 15 I Want To Know What Love Is 16 New song 17 New song

  11. I was trying to include the biggest UK/USA hits. I reckon she would have to leave some minor hits off-but I totally forgot about Don't Stop The Music-that HAS to be on her GH album! I hate it when other artists contribute significantly to big hits from other artists and are unable to use that song on their own GH. Imagaine Rihanna not being able to have Love The Way You Lie on her GH album (unless it's the 'part 2' version on Loud)
  12. Rihanna Greatest Hits 1 Pon De Replay 2 SOS 3 Unfaithful 4 Umbrella 5 Shut Up And Drive 6 Hate That I Love You (ft Ne-Yo) 7 Take A Bow 8 Disturbia 9 Rehab 10 Live Your Life (ft TI) 11 Russian Roulette 12 Rude Boy 13 Run This Town (ft Jay-Z, Kanye West) 14 Te Amo 15 Love The Way You Lie (ft Eminem) 16 Only Girl (In The World) 17 What's My Name (ft Drake) 18 Who's That Chick (ft David Guetta) 19 S&M 20 California King Bed 21 Cheers (Drink To That) 22 Fly (ft Nicki Minaj) 23 We Found Love (ft Calvin Harris) Enough material once all the singles are pulled off the new album (plus new tracks) for a double album!
  13. It sounds like the biggest atrocity ever commited to music. Therefore-instant Number One.
  14. A combination of X-Factor and a Deluxe version (even though she hates those) with presumably the Bond theme as one of it's extra tracks, along with the Brits performance of Someone Like You, and it could be possible for that 4 millionth sale before the end of the year.
  15. I bought Will Young's album tonight and the assistant asked me if he had been on a TV show over the weekend as it was selling loads. He checked his computer and it was the fastest selling CD of the day-only Scream 4 was beating it in sales.

I remember when Tony Di Bart (crazy name, crazy dude) got to No 1 with The Real Thing in 1994, thinking it was the most forgettable and bland Number One I had ever heard. Little did I know far far far worse was to follow.................
  17. I was so excited when I heard Nicola was releasing solo material-I have always thought she had the best voice in The 'Loud'. Then I heard the first single, and I definitely heard the death of music within it. Bah!!!!
  18. Bought Born This Way Deluxe online for £13.47 on Amazon-nearly got it in HMV for £7.99 but i NEED the 3 extra tracks!!
  19. Well, on the single sleeve, it's billed as Madonna and Justin
  20. They had a few in Croydon HMV tonight-it's probably selling out due to the one day only £7.99 price. I'm after the deluxe version, which i have ordered online as i refuse to pay £16.99 in HMV
  21. Don't bank on a deluxe edition. Adele has said in this month's Q magazine that she hates deluxe editions, and she was furious when they did one for '19'
  22. I predict 225k. She's very clever, just as I feared she would produce an album that was over produced and a bit of a racket, along comes amazing pop songs like Edge of Glory and Hair. Plus Judas has won me over and she does an amazing live version of You And I. Adele will definitely put her in the shade this year sales wise, but Gaga is still the most exciting pop star on the planet!
  23. All I know is, if he had played that "Who's going to Number One" shriek one more effing time last week, I would have thrown my laptop trough the window.

I would have loved the TOTP repeats to start with 1980 onwards-now THAT was the true era of pop music!!!!
  25. I Need A Doctor, for Dr Dre's lovely and charming use of the word "Faggots" Dickwad.
