I hate these videos. The amount of people who quietly raise huge amounts for the Trussell Trust and charity in general and these two are quite frankly attention seeking. The past four years they have just released records which were a bit daft and people downloaded them. Simple! This year is loaded with manipulation and desperation, and it’s really hard to believe they are doing it purely for benefit to the charity. But for me, it’s the choice of song that has left a really bad taste in my mouth. To equate a song raising money for a famine that killed hundreds of thousands with a cost of living crises is revolting.

I’m usually in favour of Ladbaby, but his campaign this year has been revolting. And it all started with the choice of song, thinking they were being clever and proving exactly the opposite

I think I’ll leave this page and just listen to the Christmas chart, because this Easter crap is painful to read
