If we were being uber strict I'd say 'Animals' is predominantly but not entirely instrumental as it has the immortal line "We're the f***8ng animals" in distorted vocals twice. For an entirely instrumental you'd have to go all the way back to Simon Patk Orchestra's 'Eye Level' in 1973 when even I was not alive! Quite a bop actually though.
