  1. ^ All the best ones seem to run together, with my favourites pretty much running one after another Portugal! I hope she cries again
  2. Oh wow, I had no idea of that!
  3. I'm baffled as to why Malena is singing a song where she really can't cope very well with the lower breathy vocals, when she has such a magnificent top range. This is fine (better than her rehersals and the semi), but she could do much better with a more suitable song, I think.
  4. France: I have such mixed feeling about this ... sometimes I really enjoy it, and sometimes I think "will the song ever start?" The only thing I'm sure of is that it's pretty unlikely the UK will send this any points, it's far too sophisticated
  5. Israel: vocals aren't good I don't think :( One of them is completely off, but I couldn't work out which! I wasn't impressed in any way, whereas I was moreso in the Semi. Patricia!
  6. Lithuania 6/10 for me. I really like the song, but it's not memorable unfortunately :(
  7. 2000 :) But you're right, I forgot how much I liked Believe.
  8. I love her odd Russian-English-American accent
  9. I'm pretty certain Dima is miming, which is a bit disappointing, since he was obviously a good enough live dinger to win last year! We all know he can do it  I'm loving Graham so far! My friend just texted me: "IT'S RUSSIA'S TROY BOLTON!"
  10. It's not, it's Alsu and Ivan Urgant. Alsu was looking STUNNING at the dress rehersal!
  11. I'm staying! Sorry for everyonw who has to return to 20 pages of me talking crap  Dima looks different!
  12. Totally come and visit, I'm in tomorrow night, hurrahs! LOL Enjoy the show everyone!
  13. She said on Jade's Story that if she comes lower than 5th, she'll consider it a fail. Bless her. Anything other than 25th is pretty hot for us right now
  14. Right now I'm at home in Durham ... but I spend most of the year at Uni in Leicester. As I've maybe said before, I hate spending Euro night with people bitching about politics ET CETERAAAA, so prefer to watch it with Euro fans with sense. But I can't find any here :( LOL And for all curious folks, I work here: http://www.whitworthhall.co.uk/
  15. On a complete tangent, the hotel I work at had a casino/James Bond/Vegas night planned for tonight, and I told them it wouldn't sell because it's Eurovision night, but they said I was talking rubbish. It got cancelled yesterday due to poor ticket sales. Shoulda had a Eurovision party. Me = wise.
  16. Arlene compared Et Cetera to Miley Cyrus on the Semi, and I didn't notice til I listened to Miley again ... put her song Breakout on and you can sing Et Cetera lyrics along to is pretty much  But yeah, the vocals were very a bit sucky. They probably didn't deserve to make it, although I hope they were 11th-12th.
  17. I figured I might just explode with excitement  So far, so good though.. I agree, that Birthe Wilke track reminds me of the scene in Snow White where she's washing up  Et Cetera
  18. At this rate, I might not even make it to 8pm, really...
  19. Kate Ryan on escradio.com *I MISS IT*
  20. It hurt my heart, did that loss :(
  21. Fo' sho! I so might make that my country name when I enter BJSC :funky:
  22. THE CHARM THAT I POSSESS WILL PUT YOU TO THE TEST TO SATISFY MY INTEREST, COME OVER, BE MY GUEST :cheer:
  23. I think I've decided Is It True? is one of my favourite Eurovision entries EVER, just love it.

I put 5 on Turkey to win the whole thing at 8/1 ... probably not happening, but just maybe ...
