I love the awkwardness of Nicola. She is so not your typical pop star. The forgotten one from Girls aloud. I think she will do well. She won't flop. But you won't see her at the top of the charts churning out a triple platinum album followed by several silver certified singles. Electronic music isn't hugely successful but the likes of Goldfrapp have built a long lasting career with a tight fan base.

Just saw the video I like it. It stuck to the actual song lyrics. It's hard hitting and displaying what women have done or may have even considered. Funny how they never moaned about the song's lyrics when the album was released, yet when it's displayed as music video they get all pissy. I hate it when they say they don't wanna display their children to stuff like this. Change the channel or allow your child to make the decision themselves. I don't think any parent can stop a child not seeing particular stuff really. Your going to get exposed to it eventually.

Not a huge fan of Paramore. But i loved the brand new eyes era. Based on the first listen, i like it. I hope it does them well. But paramore's singles don't normally do well, it's their albums. But at least it gives buzz to their new album.

Yeah i saw this days ago. I can't wait. September 19th its released i think. I brought the first one on the day of release. 30 pound well spent for 22 episodes and a fair amount of special features.

She's on a label called SRC records. To be honest, looking at the list of the artists on there, none of the artists are commercially successful. Akon is their only money maker. Others include Melanie Fiona, Ray J and Asher Roth.

Adele loves her fags too much to ever give up. She should give up, at least until she's done with touring and all. Don't wanna p*** the US fans off.

I agree Jack I mean Matthew morrison and the guy who plays puck haven't really set the charts alight with their albums. Naya has a good voice but not the best in glee. Amber Riley does and could pull of a jennifer hudson or fantasia type album.

Her label never actually promote her You'd never see her pop up on Ellen or do performance on a high rated award show like the VMA's for example.

But to be fair, The silence was a fifth single from an existing album that had already sold like 600/700k. So despite it what i consider her second best track from her career so far, it wasn't destined to be a hit.

I love how Super bass is doing well now. It's top 20 in the US and i think top 30 here. I really love it. Although i liked her album as a whole, i never thought i could love a song to rival Moment for life. It's very bubble gum pop and different. Not so much urban.

People keep saying the video is cheap, well of course it is. Her label don't wanna splash a load of dosh on her just now. She could flop all together and lose them money.

Running is an OK track but not a track to launch yourself in the US.

The confrontation between Masoon and Yusef was incredibly disappointing but the twist at the end did win me over though. I am loving the focus to be solely on the masood's right now.

I don't know if i class Britney as one of the biggest females in the charts at the moment. If anything, Katy Perry is bigger than her. Britney can't seem to have success outside the US at the moment and her sales are quite questionable. She hasn't really had a monster hit from Femme fetale. Hold it against me slid down the chart too quick even when the video was eventually released and Till the world ends has flopped in a few countries. My vote went to telephone. S&M remix is awful and Britney actually ruins it.

I sorta like it. Catchy chorus. Eager to hear the album though. I can't see her being commericially succcessful though with the genre she has gone down. But being commericially successful isn't always a must anyway.

Shock horror but Heart fm are all over this track. I've heard it 4 times today. They declined to ever play What's my name and S&M as there wasn't a morning that didn't go by where i didn't hear Only girl.

Doesn't work for me either. Just says connecting for about 2 mins and then says problem loading page.

Mannequin was an ok song but it's an absolute mess if you take away the lyrics. Britney showed herself as a true artist in the album In The Zone. The only album she ever really got on board with in terms of co writing and just being creatively apart of it. She showed early signs of it on the Britney album as well.

I think people forget what that mental breakdown to her. She should of taken several years out or at least retired personally. It really is a shame. I adore this woman. Loved her since the beginning. She is an unfortunate and big example of what Fame does to someone. Fame has known to kill several beloved Icons. Britney is one of the few examples of fame killing you and yet still being alive.
