Body Of Proof
Anyone here like Body Of Proof? It stars Dana Delany who played Katherine in Housewives Fantastic crime drama. Not at all predictable. Great supporting characters as well as a continuous top notch performance by Dana herself. Body Of Proof Trailer Here is the trailer. The show became a big hit and thankfully a second season is starting in September. The first season is only nine episodes so it's easy to zip through.

The Killing
I will be checking it out to see what the fuss and acclaim is about. But it's my type of show anyway. Love a good long season arch though. Skepitcal regarding far the show could go. It seems to be based on one main storyline and once that is solved, what next? Could it go down the Twin peaks route and have the audience not care.

The Big C
Got round to checking out this show. I am 6 episodes into it. It's brilliant. Laura Linney is beyond perfect for the role of Cathy. Her golden globe win was deserved. I will hopefully watch the second half of Season 1 either tonight or tomorrow so i can jump in and start catching Season 2 every week online.

Renewal//Cancelation 2011 || FOX, NBC + ABC cancel pg15/16
Season 3 was a comeback for the show. Season 2 was kinda just there as a poster said above. Season 2 didn't focus so much on the Alts as much. Season 3 was darker, plus along with Tara going back to college as well as confiding in her profresser, it allowed the show to explore more ground. Season 3 of Nurse Jackie started out weak and you couldn't work out where they were going this season. The second half improved but some of the sub plots were silly. A little bit on the verge of jumping the shark. Edie Falco continues to do a fantastic performance. I think it will be head to head with her and Laura Linney for the Emmy in September. The finale of Nurse Jackie was fantastic and shocking.

Music Purchases This Week: Week Beginning 4/7/11
I am hoping to buy Dionne's album if it ever actually leaks. But i have strong feeling it will be good as the 5 acoustic tracks she did were promising plus the album sampler.

Cher Lloyd - Swagger Jagger
The song is alright. Like a nursey rhyme. Nothing against Cher but i feel embarassed to have this on my itunes or claim to like it. I feel this song is nothing different from what is already out there. I could easily see Guetta or The Peas churn out a song like this, but with better lyrics.

Who Has/Will Flop This Year
I have a feeling Matt will be going down the "David Gray/James Morrison" route.

Music Purchases This Week: Week Beginning 4/7/11
Actually, there are a few new releases this week. Didn't you even look Dionne Bromfield - Good For The Soul Beverley Knight - Soul UK Selena Gomez and The Scene - When The Sun Goes Down
-
Mika - Elle Me Dit
Mika was a novelty act anyway. His music is in the same line of S Club and Steps. Cheesy "can't take seriously" pop.

Glee Live! In Concert: 3D!
Comes out the same week as Inbetweeners. Would love to see who would do well at the box office.

Season 3 Spoiler Thread
Hey, let's not get too emotional yet. It hasn't officially been confirmed. All reports I have seen have had a ? next to them, I do like Sam as a character but i wouldn't be fussed really. He isn't and would never be a key part compared to other male characters like Puck, Finn, Kurt and Artie.
-
Diana Vickers - Music To Make Boys Cry
If she goes down this indie route, i will be happy. You could tell with album 1 they were trying to commercialise her too much. Make her the next UK pop princess. Where as the music and style she presented on X Factor was different and a little bit of channeling Kate Bush.
-
Pixie Lott - Young Foolish Happy
Notorious was a poor single hence why it flopped. I don't think fan bases or whether it was done on On air thing are the reason for why it flopped.

Shameless USA;
Watched episode 2 this morning. Officially love Veronica. Veronica was my fav character in the UK anyway. I thought William H Macy's performance was superb. The cast is great. Unlike the UK one, there is better acting. I never found the acting amazing or very true to the heart in the UK one.

Result of the Usher Singles Rate
These results are great My only moan is Moving Mountains being in top 10.

Carnivàle
I couldn't get into it when FX had the rights to it about 5 years ago. It was exahusting to watch. You can't miss an episode and you don't just watch it, you need to remember it and kinda analyse it as the storyline are not really simple to follow. I can't be doing with a show like that so gave up after 3 episodes.

Camelot
Just cheated and looked on wiki and it does pretty much end of a cliffhanger. Looks like i am out on this show. Shame though
-
Camelot
I am quite annoyed. I am really into this. I don't know whether i should bother watching the rest. I can't imagine the finale not being a cliffhanger. Shame they can't do at least like a mini series or at least a tv movie to continue it slightly.

Camelot
Camelot's been axed Camelot Axed But it's not because of ratings

Who Has/Will Flop This Year
How has Alex Gardner and Sky flopped? They haven't even released an album to determine if overall they have flopped. Clare Maguire has flopped. Talented woman though. Her album was alright. But alright, not best selling worthy. I think she could be big with album 2
-
Christina Milian
I reckon Christina could pull off the one big hit if she was to come back
-
Diana Vickers - Music To Make Boys Cry
I get suspicious when i see the words "parted ways". It usually means the label are not happy and get rid of Artist. Diana wasn't really a money maker for Tained Cherry tree era and i am not suprised if she will be a money maker in the long run.
-
Pixie Lott - Young Foolish Happy
Eager to see how Pixie will do for album 2. She will either do modestly well or flop very bad. All depends how much her music has progressed. I personally feel the Turn it up era isn't the best we have seen of her.
