Fx-EfjsRcBk I've finally bothered to listen to this as it is doing so well in the US and I was sold instantly, absolutely love it and definitely sounds like a worldwide smash not just a local country hit in the US. I could even imagine this getting a DJ remix for somewhere like here, along the lines of Mr Probz - Waves? I went and listened to his previous singles too which I also like all of, my favourite being Break Up In A Small Town with its Taylor-esque dubstep chorus.

So according to the Sun, X Factor is planning a major revamp with six weekends of live shows only but with both nights featuring performances from each contestant as well as eliminations on both nights and star guests on both nights. So basically the same amount of live shows (a couple more in fact) will be condensed into half the time. Also Honey G novelty acts will be "discouraged". We shall see... (I'm sure similar "drastic revamps" have come to nothing in the past)

We're so used to having repeat hosts in recent months that we haven't bothered to give rundowns of how the spreadsheet votes turn into actual veto notifications, so that's our fault. But for future reference, while we put our votes on the spreadsheet so we can keep track of where we are at, a veto never becomes official until one of us PMs the host with the breakdown. In this instance I think our votes from Harve's previous entry weren't removed immediately, as it has to be done manually, so mdh mistakenly took those votes as referring to his latest entry. Innocent mistakes all round and all solved!

We haven't vetoed any more tracks, mdh must have misread our spreadsheet!

I'm loving it too, probably more than I did Waterloo Road. They've succeeded in creating so many likeable characters but making them realistic at the same time. It makes you want to root for everyone and I think that's a great thing.

I find the house dynamics fascinating, I think Sam is going to break the insider clique in half - Kieran, Charlotte, Joe on one side with Sam, Ellie, Tom on the other. Not sure where the other newbies will fit in yet but I think Sue and Simone will eventually side with the outsiders and Andrew may align with Ellie's new sub-clique. I keep thinking Chanelle is one mistake away from making a fatal error, whether it's against her clique or just to turn the public against her. She's okay so far but I fear she might have her Gina/Tiffany moment at some point where fans turn against her, albeit temporarily before winning them back again by the end.

I suppose its fair enough to vote to evict them rather than vote to save them seeing as they can't win but I presume they'd have to be ~removed~ before the vote to win on the final week.

I think that last update could actually backfire if team Isabelle think the job is done! Isabelle is bound to get more floating votes and now team clique could give her some extras as well now she isn't top. Going to be close, my instinct says it'll be Isabelle :(

Another voting update and being broadcast on the main show, this could have quite an effect. I think it'll be like 27% (Isabelle) vs 22% (Savannah) so that could be close enough for Savannah to be pushed to the top tonight if Isabelle haters get complacent.
