The scatting part is the only bit I dislike, the difference between this and Electro Velvet (even though I don't see the songs being that similar in genre apart from "retro") is that the MGP staging of this is very modern, impactful and energetic whereas Electro Velvet were too busy trying to hide their LED pack batteries under ever growing costumes.

I really don't understand the Rybak hate, and this is from someone who was far from a Fairytale fan! I loved Rebecca and Rybak pretty much equally (maybe Rebecca a tiny bit more) for completely different reasons. This is sailing to the final and will be contending for top 10 in Lisbon.

It's definitely borderline in the most difficult (by far) of the two semis, very professional and I applaud Croatia for sending something completely different to what they normally send. I imagine it's a grower which is good for us but not so good for that first time impact in May for casuals.

Double pimp slot for Asmik with Sevak shoved on first :o Could see Asmik not winning either part of the vote but winning combined, Kamil and Mger *should* get screwed by the jury unless Gohar has told them to vote in a certain way. I expect Sevak to do well on both sides but could lose a couple of positions due to the running order slot. Unfortunately I think 5th is the highest Asmik can get in the televote (Mger, Kamil, Sevak, Nemra should all beat her) so it may just be too big a mountain to climb (especially with a poor performance as seen in the semi)
