I don't know if this would be any relevant on the day of the festival but interesting to see their popularity so far: Benidorm Fest Songs on Spotify Spain Rigoberta Bandini - Ay Mama 23.12.21 - #52 24.12.21 - #75 Tanxugueiras - Terra 21.12.21 - #118 22.12.21 - #155 23.12.21 - #139 24.12.21 - #197 Luna Ki - Voy a Morir 22.12.21 - #165 23.12.21 - OFF 24.12.21 - OFF

My top favourites as per today, but it changes everyday. 1. Rigoberta Bandini - Ay Mama (I don't like any of her previous songs, but this is epic. The lyrics give me the chills everytime) 2. Varry Brava - Raffaella (instantly catchy) 3. Rayden - Calle de la Llorería (I like it more and more every time I listen to it) 4. Tanxugueiras - Terra 5. Javiera Mena - Culpa 6. Chanel - SloMo 7. Luna Ki - Voy A Morir 8. Marta Sangó - Sigues en mi Mente 9. Xeinn - Eco 10. Azucar Moreno - Postureo Not a fan of any other yet. But these 10 are wonderful, have them all on repeat.

So the quality of all entries are shockingly good in this first Benidorm Festival. The songs which are getting a biggest public acclaim are: 1. Tanxugueiras - Terra (for its rhythm, production and lyrics in all official languages of Spain, specially Galician, but also Catalan or Basque), half a million views in 24 hours for the lyric video and highest debut today on Spotify Spain. 6At10g4UlmE 2. Rigoberta Bandini - Ay Mama (second most popular among fans and according to views and charts, a grower, starting with a slow pace and heading to an epic ending, a praise to all mothers: significant lyrics in the bridge of the song are "I don't know why we are so afraid of our boobs as without them there would be no humanity nor beauty") CfcnRbYmGLs 3. Varry Brava - Raffaella (A tribute to recently deceased Italian diva Raffaella Carrá, it carries her 80s pop-disco style, fun verses and catchy chorus and would suit perfectly in Turin) 6YtTvKQFJF8 Unless something unexpected happens in the live performances, the winner will most likely come out of these three.

Didn't José Feliciano peak at #40 with Feliz Navidad a few Christmases ago?

On first listen, surprised both production and lyrics wise. I liked them all but Void. That’s What I Want, Scoop, Dolla Sign Slime, Don’t Want It and Am I Dreaming the stand outs for me.
