Totally agree. Lo Malo is the hit of the moment by far in Spain, and probably the most successful song coming out of Spain in years. A total waste not sending it to Eurovision. Tu Cancion was an embarrasment at the end. Not like there weren't worse songs (specially in the semifinals) but those 3 minutes were just...too much. Thank god we would not have to listen to it again. I hope TVE learned its lesson and stop sending representatives from Operacion Triunfo and return to the Eurovision national finals with all sort of independent artists.

Gosh that English remix is awful, barely any Spanish left. I wonder why Radio 1 added this to their playlist, they hardly supported Despacito when it was the song of the globe for months last year.

There are thousands of latin massive hits worldwide every month, you only need to look as the most watched videos on Youtube every week or top 50 global playlist on Spotify. UK still seems to be one of the few countries reluctant to listen/play them. The current biggest Spanglish/Latin hits are among others: Nicky Jam/J Balvin - X Sofia Reyes/Jason Derulo - 1,2,3 Daddy Yankee - Dura Reik/Ozuna/Wisin - Me Niego Wolfline - Bella Luis Fonsi/Demi Lovato - Echame La Culpa I can't see any of these becoming hits in the UK though.
