Depending on who you ask, Scotland subsidies Britain or vice versa.

Glad BTB is doing so well - it's my favourite song of hers. Hope it gets top 5 officially.

The worst in my memory was Cascada. Oh my god what and absolute load of noise. And the fact it kept Michael Jackson off...... I really liked the song.

It's been good to see Katy climb up iTunes, hope it gets a new peak.

Considering she was unknown and there was no promotion I know of, I think she has done quite well considering. And the album is doing well, it's around 120 just now. She did perform on it, and wow that's amazing! Maybe things are better there when I thought.

Apparently she was top 30 in Denmark with SE and in New Zealend with YS. You are right, I think she could have some success, but I would have done some European promotion. "Lights" was a flop here, I don't know why they are promoting it there . It was what she performed on SNL. The album peaked at 76.

She said on her Facebook her album was top 10 again on iTunes, I have no idea where it charted though officially. Hope it does boost her. I would have launched her in Europe first though instead of Amarica. "Wonderman" was getting video play in Italy, so it might have been a good idea, and "Under the Sheets" charted top 100 in Germany, and "Your Song" top 30 in Denmark. The album was top 40 in a few countries too.

I love that high pitch . It really works with the song and beat. Thank you :D.

Wow, I love it when Ellie's vocals are echo like on "Wonderman". Amazing, thank you for sharing.. I agree. Ellie is amazing. I found out about her through "Starry Eyed", I bought the album off it.

I have no idea what it would be, I haven't heard of anything else. Although I hope you find it, I'm really interested to hear it :).

She is . She also loves Adele and Susan Boyle. In the end, I am glad The black Eyed Peas were around. Because if Ellie had spent a third week at 2 behind Willow, I would probably have died. Although there is every reason to hate that top 2 IMO . I know . it's worse for me because I'm a loon :). Although she was the technical number 1 those two weeks, so at least I know that. And the charity single was misleading too. But it's frustrating when an artist I thought would have kept flopping until dropped was so close. Was it "Under The Sheets"? There was a remix with Chiddy in it.

You are right, she says it's very nice to hear them with all these "talking songs" in the hit parade. It's good you will have some kind of music you could listen too, although she said that is her least favourite Cee Lo song, so you can't win . She also doesn't call him Cee Lo because she doesn't like it, she calls him the "wee fat man" instead . The worst top 2 for me was The black Eyed peas and Willow Smith, i'm sorry to say. And seeing Ellie at 3 after being robbed of number 1 for two weeks made me die a little inside :snif:. I was quite uncomfortable about JTWYA actually, for the first half of the song she kept repeating that he was so handsome, and for the other half it was like she was in a trance.

I agree, "Baby" and the rest of JB's songs are just all boring IMO. I always laugh at the "Ow ow ow" bit at the start of "Baby", it's just so awful. It is . I agree about this, I think it's a really good song, although I understand why people wouldn't like it. I agree about it, although my 81 year old Great Grandmother's reaction to JTWYA was, I'm sad to say, the exact same. She also loves anything to do with Cee Lo. You and her would not get along .

Try telling that to the girls at my school . I would rather listen to "Friday".
  16. Venice was an absolute rip off, but I suppose anywhere where tourists would go is.
  17. What! Can't record companies claim copyright or something? There is also a version on Amazon by "Alexandra Stone" which was twice as high up the chart since the songs release.

I wish they would both just go top 10. Poor Nicki seems to stall just before a nice number.
  19. I just didn't get round to listening to it .

Rebecca Black's new song hasn't shown up. I'm not surprised.
  21. I think so, I find the original one so generic :(.
  22. That sounds much better than the normal one .
  23. My estimate for FFTL is 959.9k selling 500 copies a week. I wonder if Vidcapper will have a close estimate.
  24.. They really should have put a newer one on.
