... If you take away winners' singles and charity songs, then consistency means you must then take away any of the songs that made a "debut" showing on X- Factor (as the promo effect is the same)...

I personally don't see why any of the winners' singles or charity songs should be omitted. Ultimately, the first list posted on this thread is the "real" list.
Sales are sales. But you can "spin" them to favour any artist any way you like.
