First time I've done rankings of the semis so far, was quite surprised at the line-up once i'd finalized it. Semi 2 is very top heavy while Semi 1 is more consistent in quality for me so I had a harder time choosing which songs to cut in Semi 1 while I had a much harder time ordering my top 4 in Semi 2.

I think honestly the nostalgia factor has been a major part in the hype behind this new one and yeah the break was probably needed even though FD5 was a huge upgrade from FD4, but partly because 4 was so bad lmao. But yeah it's something of a cultural milestone for a lot of people (millennials especially) who still have a visceral reaction to seeing log trucks on the highway because of that scene in FD2 lmao - myself included.

Yeah the early reviews are not quelling my excitement one bit
