  1. I wondered how long before this came a Sugababes on GA debate LOL

Look, face it, some people like GA more, some like Sugas more, many like both. Im a SUGATASTIC MAN, but i love GA too, and people like Bertie, coolnav etc, need to learn people can like more than one band, and jsut because they prefer a band to GA doesnt mean they can talk $h!t at them, thinking they know everything there is to know.

Hmm no-one was starting a war. GA have always said they wouldn't replace anyone, and it's great the Sugababes have been able to continue with the changes due to circumstances arising. Everyone seems to be getting rather frisky recently

As to the TOPIC, I'm hoping top 5

Lavigne loses voice and axes gigs

Avril Lavigne has postponed a string of US tour dates after losing her voice.

The Canadian singer has been diagnosed with acute laryngitis two months into her five-month world tour. "I have been sick this whole tour," she said.

Two dates were cancelled last week and six more shows, in California and Washington, have now been called off.

After a sound check in Anaheim, California, she said: "Even though I have been resting my voice for days, when I tried to sing nothing came out."

She has postponed shows in Anaheim, Universal City, Santa Barbara, San Jose - all in California - and Spokane and Everett in Washington.

She had already cancelled concerts in San Diego, California, and Phoenix, Arizona.

    'Run down'

"My sincerest apologies to all of my fans," she said on Saturday.

"My intention was to complete the rest of the tour but tonight at sound check in Anaheim I realised this wasn't possible."

Explaining the initial cancellations, she told fans on Thursday she had suffered flu three times during her tour and was "run down".

"I have never cancelled a show in my whole career and just had to for the first time ever. This sux!" she wrote on her website.

Her next scheduled dates are in the UK, starting on 26 May in Glasgow.

Poor Avril :(, hope she's better soon!

  3. Some idiotic Stoke fans ruined the celebrations by invading the pitch before the game finished -_-

Great for Stoke though :cheer: Sadly can't see them doing that well, maybe a few points more than Derby.

  4. Triodopolis Selection Commitee in Quit Denial

The TSC have denied rumours that they are to pull out of this month's contest due to the number of established artists and songs in BJSC6. It is thought the president of commitee would back a march by the citizens at Sniley Square, in the capital city Hinkelwinkel, but did not attend as expected. It is believed the president of the TSC backs unsigned and lesser known acts entering the BJSC giving them more exposure to the world as opposed to acts and songs which are already known. The stories follow poor opening odds for Triodopolis since controversially announcing their entry into BJSC6 with Nicol - Man On The Moon, without holding a national semi final.

  5. I seriously doubt it was a screensaver  it was Rose trying to contact the Doctor no doubt. What better way than trying to get in touch with him than getting onto the monitor in the TARDIS itself. She looked in trouble :(

An okay 2nd half to the episode, no way the gas would clear that fast though, and wouldn't the flames sort of incinerated half of New York's skyline

Better than the Daleks 2 parter last year.

7/10 for the whole 2 parter.

(and I'm not mad enough to add points because of a split second of Rose :P)
