It's been a while since we had a long standing #1 (except for Matt Cardle), so I would love if Grenade spent another few weeks at #1. It would be a change to how the charts have been for the past while.

Wow @ The Script's first album chart run :o BIG STUFF! Science & Faith has yet to leave the top 10 too :o I didn't expect Avril Lavigne to be so high up.

T.I's made some good songs, my favourite being Dead And Gone....brilliant song!

Chase & Status are brilliant. Hitz, Let You Go, End Credits & Blind Faith are all amazing. Shame Let You Go didn't get into the top 10.

Most of The Way I Are's votes now are bound to be tactical votes, so they shouldn't be counted. Rule The World should be put out regardless of the result....

I've noticed it's almost impossible to find any sales figures for Ireland. Also there's no chart run website for Ireland, like there is for Britain. Chartstats.com for example is a great site for chart runs....in Britain :lol:

I Gotta Feeling has beaten most of these on its own already :lol: The Black Eyed Peas should be very high up. Boom Boom Pow and Meet Me Halfway both spent a LONG time too. You should do a countdown for Britain too.

I like to see long running #1s (that I like :P) so I will be very happy when a song finally stays #1 for 4 weeks again. We've had Roll Deep, Matt Cardle & Owl City to have gotten 3 weeks last year...that's it.

You'd never see anyone like Bryan Adams having 1 week at #1 anymore, let alone 16 weeks.

I can see overall sales for singles getting bigger and bigger. We'll have more million sellers over time imo, but I don't think we'll see any huge sales in 1 week anymore...every now and then we'll have a huge sales week.

If more singles sell over 100k, that would be good. There was only a few weeks in 98 & 99 that didn't sell over 100k. Even 97 was very good. If we can get a single to sell 200k that isn't a charity/X factor single that would also be good. Don't see that happening anytime soon, though.

1998 and 1999 were huge for singles sales. Some weeks saw 300k+ sales. Will this ever happen again. Sales seem to be slowly getting bigger as the years go on now. 2009 had quite a few big sales, 2010 was very good. Great start to 2011 with Grenade, but when will singles sales go back to 1998 and 1999 hugeness? Will it ever happen? I hope so, it's much more exciting with bigger sales imo. Discuss....

Cool artwork, should be quite big. I see it being around the same as The Time tbh. No HUGE hits from this album, I don't think, unless the 3rd single completely surprises us (like Meet Me Halfway did).

Very quiet couple of weeks in March/April. I can see BEPs having a couple of weeks at #1.

Another #1 for Tinie? Surely not, I think it'll be top 10 though.
