I'm so happy the new Britney song is doing well, I agree with everyone who perfers it to HIAM and I hope it peaks higher then HIAM

I think Til the world ends is actually a better song then HIAM but it's gonna take a while to completely take over the charts, as the buzz was not as high as HIAM first song off the new album, Britney's first songs off her new albums always usually straight away make an impact, as HIAM is still about, the gap for the release is short, although as it was falling quite fast over here in the UK HIAM, it's not a bad move to bring Til the world ends out early here to build up some interest in Britney.

Those were the days, when Gaga was at her best and the music was good, now she has so much hype, she can bring out anything and people won't complain because it's Lady Gaga but the reality is BTW is mediocre.

hmm After watching Lady Gaga's video, I doubt it's gonna have a huge impact with the song, chartwise, it might climb a little but I can't see it going to #1, the video is wacky and crazy like Gaga. I think it should of been shorter too, the intro was annoying, I was saying come on at my computer screen for the next scenes and song to start as the intro was boring and long imo.

I want to see a full view, he just about pulls it off but I hope this is a temporary new look

fair point but Grenade feels like it been around for months on end, did it come out in January or December? I guess I wouldn't mind so much if I loved the song, even though that makes me sound like a hypocrite :lol:

Good point, if you love a song, it doesn't really bother you that much if it sticks around forever, I Got A Feeling, I also liked so I never got sick of hearing it unlike Grenade, which I too also find to be boring but obviously there's gonna be people who don't feel that way about the song.

That's still in the charts too :o I don't mind Bruno but come on, some songs need to retire when the months go on, otherwise it just gets boring

I totally love Unfortunate, it's one of my favourites from the album, I would love him to release that but I don't think he will, Bottoms Up is a great song.

lol you do have a point, Taio is due for a new era now with new material but at least he made the best of what songs he had to offer from the album in the charts.

Good to see Yeah 3x has had good longevity, considering songs like Higher, Tonight I'm F****n' You etc have all crack the top ten around the same time but all left in a hurry, I want to see Grenade leave the top ten, it seems like it's been in the charts forever now.

I have to agree with you, BTW is the one Lady Gaga song which doesn't deserve to be #1 simply because the song was based on hype and when you listen to the song, it's clearly not her best in terms of her past other lead singles which were more worthy for the top spot.

It seems like people can't get enough of it still, I actually started to really love it the more I hear it, a couple of weeks ago I thought it was just alright, I'm not sure if I want it to return back to#1 now though, I thought it was a shame it stopped Champion from going to #1, I would of liked that to got a week then Price Tag to return bk or Adele, I'm not bothered about Lady Gaga getting to #1 with BTW as it's not her best release.

Lady Gaga has dropped a lot, so now I can see it doing a Britney, if the video doesn't match up to the hype and if the video is delayed any longer.

I want Adele to be #1 next week then what was predicted previously that Lady Gaga would be #1 next week
