  2. I stand by what I said earlier. This album is going top 3. I've seen how the popular albums have been nosediving after week 1, and Coldplay's brought it really home. Confetti had more hype, but this has more formats. Don't forget that during confetti campaign, Sweet Melody had only peaked at #8. Infact, it was down to 12 the week leading to album release. I'm optimistic about this album 🤷‍♂️
  3. Omg! I 👏 CAN 👏 NOT 👏 WAIT!
  4. Perhaps the fact they (she) didn't write that one could have contributed?
  5. It's in some formats of the album. Too many formats that I can't even keep up with.
  6. I often wonder how Jesy feels when she listens to this song.
  7. And Change Your Life
  8. Yes they're releasing this coming Friday. Multiple formats.
  9. Seen some red carpet pictures from the Adele event being filmed yesterday but none of Little Mix or even Elton John. I'm going to be ambitious and think that the ones who performed with her arrived early so weren't seen on red carpet lol. Lots of celebs on the red carpet though.
  10. Little Mix for #1.
  11. Well for the "Confetti" tour, it's the biggest from the album, and their last number 1 in years. I also suspect they know that some of their most commercially successful songs aren't necessarily their bests, but Sweet Melody ticks all boxes. Also, other big songs of theirs have had their moments, but Sweet Melody hasn't really. And finally, Spotify is just one determinant amongst loads of others, when it comes to how big/successful a song is.
  12. In one of their IG posts after Heartbreak Anthem, they said something like "We've been dressed as mermaids, men and angels, what would you want next?" (Paraphrase) I just wonder what they'd be dressed as for No, considering they were pregnant. And no, I don't think the video above is from the set. They're too dressed down in this clip above for what I'd expect for No. I can't wait!
  13. #71 on Spotify with 106,783 streams Only new music ahead on Spotify: One each of ABBA, Travis and Post Malone; then most of Summer Walker.
  14. I think they've done so well considering 2/3 were pregnant and had their babies amidst all the campaign. Remember they should technically be on maternity leave. They've shot a number of videos, been in the studio recording and writing, then the photoshoots, and everything else. They might even have some surprises for this coming week - you never know.
  15. Voyage is beautiful! Reminds me why ABBA is legendary!
  16. With all the variants of Between Us, top 3 is very likely. Pre-orders for the other big releases before them usually get shipped in first week. Nowadays people get a second week at number 1 if there's no big release in the second week; or if the big releases have no physical copies like Lil Nas X and Drake. Re Posting about the song: They posted about it yesterday; or do they post that often when it's a promo single? I've just been to their Instagram, and none of Not A Pop Song, Happiness and Confetti promo singles got more than one post. If Between Us will eventually be an actual single, I don't think they'd be posting much about it now.
  17. Unless perhaps it's coming as an actual single later, which will of course make sense especially if a hiatus is coming. I don't necessarily see it as a goodbye song. They've done similar songs in the past, including Told You So and My Love Won't Let You Down, and they weren't going on hiatus those times. But it makes sense to release a friendship themed song as the final single from an era if going on break.
  18. I low key wish there will be a video for this song today. Even if just a pre-recorded live performance like Sheeran's Visiting Hours
  19. https://vm.tiktok.com/ZM89EtecV/ Made me chuckle
  20. She will sell way more than Ed re first week sales. She has been away for long, whereas Ed has been around. I mean he had an album released 2 years ago, and divide was 2017. Adele's last was 2015. Also since she announced, she's remained on top of Amazon pre-orders even on ABBA release week which is insane. I know it's not just about Amazon though. That said, she's not moving 250,000 in first week. Maybe around 200,000 and that's it. It's 2021 now.
  21. I love it too (especially the lyrics), but I love Monster in Me more.

  23. And several countries' NMF too
  24. What a surprise though. To think we'd all given up on this week lol
