  1. Break Up Song was a really gorgy hun, but it didn't do as well as one would expect, seeing as they hadn't really released a major single for several months prior. I know the video issue contributed, but still number 9 isn't good enough for the quality of that song (to me). That said, one could argue that they're capitalising on their being everywhere to make as much as possible out of it. Remember that artists haven't really been touring; so part of me also thinks that this is all also to keep the cash coming, if they can't tour as much as they would ordinarily. As stated above, it's still day 1, so might be too early to tell. Most songs that will do well will do well regardless. Ed Sheeran released a lot of singles between 2019 and early 2020 from his no 6 collab project and features, and most of them did very well. I know they're not Ed, but it puts things in perspective.
  2. Confetti, HA, Kiss My, LSL. Or are you including SM and NTFT? Those were released last year.. I get what you mean regardless
  3. I agree. It's such a strong weekend. Even ABBA is doing really well with streaming - a number of their old tracks are even charting on Spotify now. I wasn't expecting much from JLS but their debut of #185 is also telling. Will be interesting to see how this all pans out. I love LSL, and I love the music video the more I watch it!
  4. Hope it picks up if/when playlisting improves (HHUK)
  5. 122,557 streams. V poor
  6. I saw a thread where it was being discussed and was shocked at the laziness and blanket statements commenters were making. I ran away cos I couldn't deal with the insanity. Anyway, I knew Drake would be massive, but I didn't expect him to occupy 21 out of the top 24 spots on Spotify!
  7. What's Pete Waterman going on about?
  8. #62 Apple Music daily. Drake occupies the first 19 positions haha
  9. Just listened to this again. What an absolute banger. One of their bests ever!
  10. ABBA more likely than Ed Sheeran. Their website crashed 2 days ago with the pre-orders.
  11. Even if she knew, that's definitely not part of why she left. Unless they're all lying, Jade said she was very surprised when she found out - she thought they were both joking. I mean, 2 of the members getting pregnant at same time?! In one of the zoom interviews they had late spring/beginning of summer last year, Jesy said she thought they would go on a hiatus at some point, but would always come back together. So if she knew they were getting pregnant, and thought it would affect them commercially, she didn't necessarily need to leave. The "hiatus" she expected could have happened, whilst she pursued her own solo stuff. You could say she stopped liking the music they were making and I'd agree with that.

  13. All the singles they've released this year (and as a trio of course) have gone top 10. Never happened before since the history of Little Mix! I mean, even the glorious glory days era missed it with No More Sad Songs. I personally have faith in LSL. Here's hoping and wishing and praying it doesn't break the streak haha.
  14. By the end of this year, they will have 21 top 10s.
  15. Kiss My and Heartbreak Anthem performed worse on YouTube. Kiss My barely scratched 1M by 24 hours. Sweet Melody has been their only video that stood out in the past 2 years or more - It had 4M by 24 hours. I can't remember how confetti performed initially, but definitely not as well as SM.
  16. Jesy left before they got pregnant. And they have proven that the pregnancies aren't stopping them one bit. They have released more singles this year than any other year!
  17. #4 and #17 on iTunes. Combining both would definitely place it higher than 4
  18. Exactly! Considering all of that, they smashed this video!
  19. I think they did the best they could do with two heavily pregnant members. I enjoyed it still.
  20. I was just looking at the trend of Kanye's new tracks. The one ahead on Wednesday update isn't the one getting the most streams on spotify and apple music as at the last few days. Kiss My is obviously doing better on iTunes and amazon downloads (and I guess YouTube too?). Will be interested to know what happens with the charts later today. There's a chance that #10 might just be possible!
  21. 59 minutes before video premiere
  22. The best part of it for me is the ending. Such a lovely song. I really hope it debuts in the top 10, because this week will be a difficult one with Drake and ABBA!
  23. I'm not happy they only have one #1 album. A lot of acts they're bigger than have more. And I was hoping this one would at least give them another one.
  24. Poor thing. It has left TTH playlist on spotify.
