I LOVE this song so much! The only better song this era in my opinion is Sweet Melody. This is so good - the vocals, their control, the fact you can tell they were having fun recording it, the lyrics, the production..... Wow! M-NEK is superb too! Thank you girls!

Columbia Records re-tweeted the post about this song. Is this something they've always done for them? Or do they now want to push them in the USA?

From the live video M-NEK made after Sweet Melody went #1, the song was only finalised around August/September. A lot of the adlibs were recorded in the middle of the pandemic, if I remember correctly. I actually suspect they were considering Not a Pop Song or Happiness as their lead single. I know Jade once said Not a Pop Song was a contender. Thank goodness that did NOT happen!

They would be crazy to release a single without a video. Not with what happened to Break Up Song. Not their first brand new single as a trio with no feature. It would be wrong on all levels.
