Vocally, that's probably sufficient. Imagine performing Wannabe without Mel B, or 2 Become 1 without Emma, or any of their songs without Mel C. This kinda reminds me of 2016 when GEM was a thing, and sang Song For Her! Anyway, I never thought any sort of reunion was happening. Victoria and Geri are so over it, and I don't blame them so much!

Probably not. We don't know the personalities of the other girls, but I feel that part of why the final lineup worked was that there was a good mix of dominant personalities (Geri &Mel B) and the not so dominant ones. If they were five Geris and/or Mel Bs, it would have crashed from the get-go. But they needed those two to steal demos and push boundaries in a way that made them the force they were.

Having watched tonnes of their early days' clips, I could never understand why she was named "scary". Who felt so small around her that they had to nickname her scary? Of course the name stuck, so over the years, I noticed she accepted/adopted that persona. I'd say Geri was more talkative than Melanie B.

I thought Geri joined after Mel C? Didn't she miss the original audition because she was away?

Surprised she got the highest score - wonder what basis they used. Mel B was the all round star of the band - could dance, could sing, very confident and stand-out stage presence

So if one shares a dog and a house with a partner, they're bound to remain in that relationship forever? There are many celebrity couples that started out like that, and some of them are well-respected in this country. Leigh-anne did admit herself that it was a MESSY start. How can one be proud of what they admit is messy? She went on to say that the reason she's shared all of that is for people to realise that even the perfect-looking relationships have a lot of imperfections and mess beneath. It's all there in her book on Spotify. Anyway, back to this song. Hopefully her September release would be miles better than this. I'm finding her interactions on Discord more and more classless.

Is her audio book same as the paper copy? I have just listened to the chapter on how she got together with Andre. She did say that her boyfriend at the time had just told her he didn't see her in his future. She then flew to Spain out of frustration, and then met Andre. Also, she didn't say she kept asking Andre to leave his girlfriend, rather, she wanted him to make a decision quickly. She did say "The longer things continued in this impossible limbo, the more pain he was causing to both his girlfriend and me". He kept going back and forth for over six months. I am not taking a stand, but I know how things often get taken out of context, so decided to listen to the audio book myself. Unless there are other details in the paper copy I'm not privy to.

Is she really PROUD proud of it? Or is she simply telling the story (as per being vulnerable and telling it all in the EP) ? Male artistes release songs like this all the time, including their SLS with Jason Derulo. I think it's all an attempt to sell records, because controversial and deeply personal songs like this tend to draw attention. I supppse we'll find out whether or not it will work for her

I like the video. The full song is better than the short clips shared before. Not my favourite, but it's an okay album track. My ears still prefer it to a number of what makes it to top 40 these days, so ..😕 🤷‍♂️

It's still in UK Spotify top 120 with over 100,000 UK streams per day, and top 30 Apple Music, so it's still doing fairly OK- and this is week 3. None of Leigh-Anne's or Jesy's singles did this well.
