This Week:
2000- Richard Blackwood- 1,2,3,4 Get With The Wicked
The first song for this week is: It did happen one time that actor Richard Blackwood who best known for playing Vincent Hubbard in EastEnders and now Felix Westwood in Hollyoaks. This was the following-up to 'Mama Who Da Man', this could go on and peak at #10 in the UK, it's interesting to say the least this.
2002- P Diddy ft Usher & Loon- I Need A Girl Pt. 1
'I Need A Girl Pt 1' was from P Diddy's remix collaboration album 'We Invented The Remix' this would feature Usher and Loon. This would go on and peak at #4 in the UK, in the US this would fare better by peaking at #2 in the Billboard Hot 100. This would come 87th in my Hip-Hop Songs of the 2000s countdown.
2013- Sean Paul- Other Side of Love
'Other Side of Love' was the lead single from Sean Paul's sixth studio album 'Full Frequency'. This would go on and peak at #7 in the UK. I can remember a mate of mine listening to this a lot in his car on repeat with this Now 86 album that he would play in his car.

Fast bowler Jofra Archer trained with England on Tuesday, raising hopes he could still travel to the World Cup as a reserve to the frontline squad.
Archer, 28, has missed the entire home summer with a stress fracture in his right elbow.
He was not considered fit enough for a place in the 15-man World Cup squad, but could be one of three reserves.
England must finalise their party for the tournament in India in October and November by 28 September.

Tonight we have got Scotland v England at 7:45 on Channel 4,
From BBC Sport website:
It's the oldest fixture in international football and the latest meeting of Scotland and England throws up all sorts of intrigue 150 years on from their first encounter. While the gulf between the sides has varied over their long and entwined history, both nations meet at Hampden Park for this heritage match for a contest that could be hard to call.
The last meeting of the pair ended in a 0-0 draw at Wembley in Euro 2020 at the start of England's journey all the way to the final, and Gareth Southgate's side look well on course for returning to the tournament next year despite being held by Ukraine on Saturday.
For Steve Clarke's Scotland, five wins from five games has them within touching distance of a second European Championships in a row, with many fans eager to see if they can claim their first win over the Auld Enemy this century.
What do you think the score will be?
What do you think the starting XI will be?
All comments and opinions are welcome.

Everton are close to being sold to Miami-based investment firm 777 Partners.
The financially-stricken Toffees resumed discussions with the American company after talks with MSP Sports Capital collapsed in August.
The takeover will bring to an end the tumultuous tenure of owner Farhad Moshiri, who first invested in 2016.
A source close to Moshiri said Everton have sought investment for a while, but the deal is not yet complete.

Mack's #ThrowbackThursday 00s Edition
in 21st Century Throwback
This Week:
2000- *NSYNC- It's Gonna Be Me
The first song for this week is from: *NSYNC with their follow-up to 'Bye Bye Bye', 'It's Gonna Be Me'. This was the second single from their third studio album 'No Strings Attached'. This would go and peak at #9 in the UK, in the US this would fare better and peak at #1 in the Billboard Hot 100 where it would stay at #1 for two weeks. this was a decent follow-up to 'Bye Bye Bye', I thought this peaked higher in the UK than #9. Might be just me but when Justin Timberlake sings 'It's Gonna Be Me', it sounds like 'It's Gonna Be May'.
2006- P!nk- U + Ur Hand
'U + Ur JHand' was the third single from P!nk's fourth studio album 'I'm Not Dead'. This would go on and peak at #10 in the UK, In the US this would fare one place better by peaking at #9 in the Billboard Hot 100. This is a great song from Pink, probably one that I have rediscovered this since starting these series. I think this did cause controversy because of the title of the song.
2008- Madonna- Give It 2 Me
'Give It 2 Me' was the second single from Madonna's eleventh studio album 'Hard Candy'. This would go on and peak at #7 in the UK, in the US this would peak at #57 in the Billboard Hot 100 where it would stay there for one week. This had backing vocals from Pharrell Williams where he would feature in the music video. This isn't one that I have heard for a while but nevertheless this still sounds great from Madonna. I wasn't sure at the time when it was released why Madonna suddenly sings 'get stupid' repeatedly during the song. This was produced by the Neptunes.
